I'm liking this story so far. I've read bits and pieces of the previous stories but I think this one does a good job of working as a stand-alone story. Basically, Carly did horrible things with her shrunken brother in the past and everyone thought that he was dead, I think that much is clear. So far, I'm really liking this PTSD induced character that is struggling with his past as he tries to live his life as a shrinky. Anyway, I might go back and read the others, but I'm not too keen on incest to be honest, so I may keep away.

Another great chapter. Not surprising that Jack doesn't want to talk about what happened before Sophie showed up to save him, or what was going to happen.
Also, the way Leah can't even bring herself to say Carly's name says it all about how she feels about her daughter now.

This is getting good! I read some more of the first two books and I'm really excited to find out how Chloe will react (in real life of course) to Jack's outburst. He's obviously very fragile both physically and mentally at this stage, so I hope the next chapter comes out soon so I can find out what happens next :) also, are you still going to update the freshman, or are you just focussing on this book and your new omega story at the moment?

I really hope we see more Chloe from here on out. I really like her character. Simultaniously innocent and terrifying, sweet yet the most dangerous character in the story. Only she came as so close to killing Jack, yet remained completely unaware of what she was doing. I would love to see where their relationship goes from here. I imagine it would be hard for him to ever see her as anything less than scary.

Great chapter, i was wondering if He would confront Chloe. It also makes me wonder what Jack's Aunt's reaction to what Chloe did was, though Chloe does seem remorseful.

Jack's aunt's reaction is probably fairly similar to his mom. Both have to deal with the fact that they have a pretty unbalanced daughter, though Chloe's wrongs, strange as it is, pale next to Carly's.

Anyway, I like how you're alternating chapters between the two siblings' perspectives, and am glad Jack's in safe hands for now. Will the two cross paths again, I wonder?
Also, I never got to comment on the first chapter of Hostage. What say you on the brutality levels of the work, the same tier as Love Games, or lighter?

The violence in Hostage won't be nearly as graphic as Love Games, nor will it contain extended torture like that one (hence why it's rated R not X). So I'd definitely say lighter, though it still has plenty of darkness.

And being told what to do isn't Carly's forte, so i can see Carly getting punished happening frequently.
