I remember that story arc! It was part of a liberal adaptation of the Homeric Odyssey, I think. Because, in the previous issue, he and several fellow shipwreck victims wound up stranded on the island of a red-headed enchantress named Sirenna. A sort of Circe/Siren amalgam who turned all the others into animal-headed pets for her hand maidens. While Korak was left intact, but magicially leashed, so that he had to obey the sound of her voice!

I haven't read the previous one yet, as I was scanning covers for giantess content and picked up on the ones I used.

Well next chapter it's all one big storybook projection yarn to wrap the thing up for now.
