Great chapter. If Kevin wont give in after all he's been through Maybe Anna needs to get rough and break a bone or something, Maybe a finger or an arm or a leg. Nothing fatal. To really hurt him she could do it to his wife or daughter and make him watch while she does it. You asked for thoughts. Those are my thoughts :-)

Hope it does not end soon. Personally would like more feet. Would also like to see Stockholm syndrome take effect and they become almost if not willing to please. Just an opinon :P Good stuff so far. Great writing. More patience than I have.
