For proofreading I use a piece of software known as "Speakonia". It reads out loud what you copy or type into it. However looking over some of my older pieces I have noticed a few mistakes so I guess it's also good to come back to a piece of writing after a while. I know I tend to notice some things which I feel aren't good enough so I often change parts of a chapter. I'm glad I added this story to my favourites though.
