Right. Grace has a bit of an edge over Roxy for power, but the latter has still put in more time with her talents.
Roxy's referring to the whole act of putting Allen in her mouth. She meant the "telling" part of the joke somewhat metaphorically.

Nice chapter, Poor Allen his memories n feelings are violated the worst thing! More physical tortures. It could end Allen & Roxy teasing games!

It would probably take something pretty drastic for Roxy's teasing games to end, but anything is possible!
