Many effort put into this story to exlore the feelings of the characters in size changing situations.
If been tricked by too many writers who make a set up of 5 chapters that is very good, only to turn the next chapters into very unrealistic stupid development where the characters turn into one dimensional morons.
That is clearly not the case here. This writer has the intention to write a good story with many subtle details. Hope the ending is good too.

@Carycomic. To many variables to guess what's going on. I hope that it end's satisfying. I hope Dr Hiroshi is smart and testing a subject and not that she is a dumb psycho. I don't find psychos interesting. I hate the type of women like in Stephen King's Misery, it's boring and annoying. I wonder about the receptionist too and why that number was so important to her.
I would never work for that company. I hate being ordered around and brainwashed into being a slave. I would have quit after that treatment on day one of the interview.

Ah yes, the volatile jobs market. It's really sad to see desperate people exploited. Although I have sympathy, it's way worse in the third world - where many countries don't have effective organized labour. I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to work in those crumbling factories in Bangladesh that were in the news.

From now on I will read it when it is completely finished. It's an interesting story and I think with a lot of suprises at the end. What I don't understand is why intelligent people in science can be so weakminded like this woman.
She could find a suitable person who is in to this stuff with no family/friends and she could have the time of her life with a willing partner/subject. Now she created problems for herself. Selfdesctructive personality.

Fully agree with Carycomic and The Shrunken Scholar. This story sounds interesting. Slow Size Change is also very interesting. Rebecca's favorite size sounds like baby size.

What's interesting in this is how the characters will develop. What their true character is ultimately like and their behaviour on this journey at every size difference. Are their motives the same, etc.

You're back, happy for your return. Interesting story so far, I look forward to seeing how it unfolds.

On another note any plans to finish "The Vacation?"

Author's Response:

I haven't yet decided whether I'm finishing my previous stories or which ones I may finish.  But it's definitely a thought that has crossed my mind.
