Oh, dear. Don't tell me his significant other is in on it?!

Btw: great job with the re-editing on chapter 5. :-)

Author's Response:

No problem.  I forgot to preview it before I posted it, so I had no idea the spacing hadn't transitioned from Word to the site when it got posted.

I bet one of those flavor additives is called "small-spice."

Dude!!!!

You need to do some MAJOR re-editing with this chapter BEFORE you post the next one! Separate the different paragraphs of narrative text from both each other and the character dialogue. Otherwise, your next reviews will have a score of one star...at best. :-(

Author's Response:

Oh dear I didn't even notice that until now.  How odd.  I wrote it in the same format before I copied and Pasted but I shall fix it

The Doctor sure seems nice. Almost too nice... Warning bells are going off in my head.

To paraphrase Lewis Carroll: "Mysteriouser and mysteriouser!"

This mysterious place continues to become more and more suspicious. I can't help but think the receptionist is trying to protect him from what goes on there by being so cold. Also, I suppose that could be why your stories were deleted. Are you considering re-uploading them? The one I am particularly thinking of was called "The Princess and the Servant" I think.

Author's Response:

If I can find the backups of them, I will re-upload them.  And mysterious is definitely the feel I'm going for regarding the place in general as well as her.

This blonde sounds like an ultra-feminist over-compensating for millennia of male sexist oppression by hoping the only qualified tech support applicant the company hires will be a woman.

But, I could be wrong. ;-)

My interest is definitely piqued by this story. I will continue to follow it. It's great to see that you are writing again. You stopped right when I first found this site. I've enjoyed a lot of your stories. If I may ask, why were some of your stories deleted? I really loved a few of them and am curious. Can't wait to see where this story goes.

Author's Response:

That I don't know.  I didn't come on here and manually delete them.  Perhaps from so much inactivity from my account?

You're back, happy for your return. Interesting story so far, I look forward to seeing how it unfolds.

On another note any plans to finish "The Vacation?"

Author's Response:

I haven't yet decided whether I'm finishing my previous stories or which ones I may finish.  But it's definitely a thought that has crossed my mind.
