Well, the reason why Sam was not pleading or screaming was because he knew Elayne wasn't going to kill him just like that.

He also knows that she fancies him, and that just makes him more comfortable. Other tinies of course would run and scream. They are probably going to die because they got kidnapped and not "chosen" like Sam.

So I don't think Sam is that "special", I just think he knows that Elayne likes him, so he doesn't have to worry.

Anyway, I like the sex scene. It's a slow, teasing kind of chapter, something I rarely see you do. However, this is the perfect relationship to begin that slow, sexual journey.

I can't wait for the next chapter!
