Not a bad volume 1! It makes me wonder if the first chapter of volume 2 will have her buying a toy store replica of a Leafstone condominium?

Good story so far. You write the characters well and very realistically. I like that there are several levels of conflict - Andrew feeling he's a burden, his feelings for her, and Darcy's darker impulses.
