Well, this answers my question. Penny is NOT Lily. If there are only a few clues that Penny is Lily, then there is a good chance, but if there are a sequence of dead giveaways like that, it seems a bit too forced that it seems too obvious. Penny is not Lily.
Pretty sure Lily is smart enough to not say "hey, I'm acting just like Penny." This is obviously a clear diversion. Lily saw Penny one day, and thought, "hey, I will get the same manicure as Penny, send Abel a pic, then describe the looks of Penny so Abel gets suspicious". Lily is just mindfucking Abel and I'm not sure how to describe it other than brilliantly stupid.

Logically it doesn't make sense for her to have gone through training just for the sake of the hunt.
