 Hm, Rachel is having a giant power trip. And, if Sam doesn't already have a full blown foot fetish, he's about to quickly develope one! Lol!  

 So very well descibed - it's so easy to visualize Rachel's giant hand and the inside of her breast pocket... I love it! :)
