14. Desperate Struggle

Why now of all times is this happening. Victory is within my grasp and here Liza is jeopardizing all of it! " Liza this is no time for games! We gotta get out of here right now!" I exclaimed so Liza could understand the gravity of the situation. I need to get through to her at all costs.

" Relax, Maddison won't be home for hours, we have plenty of time little man." Liza calmly stated, starting to walk into Maddison's closet, leaving my sight completely. Before I knew it, I saw the previous garment Liza was wearing thrown out of the closet into the floor. Please don't tell me she's naked.

" So Franky, how do you think this would look on me. I'm sure Maddison wouldn't mind if I borrowed an outfit." Liza said holding a fabric white shirt

" Er, yeah you look great." I said, if I was a dog my tongue would be hanging out of my mouth right now, but I need to get through Liza's antics to
complete my escape plan.

we heard.

" Hey guys I'm back! I totally realized I forgot to do something before leaving." Maddison shouted, as we both heard her making her way up to her
room and fast.

Great. . . .fucking wonderful. Things just went from terrible to catastrophic. There's no way for us to get out now without going by Maddison. Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise though, this does stop me from condemning my own fate in Liza's hand. Now I really wish Liza had listened to me.

" Oh no, it's Maddion!" I shrieked hearing her coming upstairs quickly.

" What's the worry? She probably realized she forgot to move me, now it's too late. Actually, I think now is the time for some payback to have a little pet of my mine." Liza said mischievously picking up the shrinking device again, and held me in her opposite hand.

" Liza! Enough of this, we gotta escape now!" I shouted, I've lost Liza completely, and my efforts were in vain as Maddison opened the door to her
room and stepped in.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. All three of our faces said completely different things. Liza: smug, confident, relaxed, devious. Myself:
nervous, afraid, and wary. Maddison: shocked, dumbfounded, and maniacal. If Maddison had heat vision right now we'd all be melted.

" Hey 'friend' what's up" Liza said cockily as she pointed the shrinking device at Maddison.

" What the shit do you think you're doing!!!!!! HOW DID YOU EVEN GROW BACK, YOU FUCKING BIMBO, AND WHAT ARE DOING WITH
MY LOVER!!?!?" Maddison screamed out in a fury of anger.

" Nothing you need to know, I'm about to get revenge for what you did to everyone, me, and especially Franky, and we're going to run away together."
Liza said smiling as she pressed the button on the device.

This was it, the end of Maddison. Well I thought it was, but instead of a green-light shrinking Maddison only a beeping sound was heard and light started building up at a very slow pace.

" What the?" Liza said, losing her confidence for a second.

" I guess the battery is low, too bad you sniveling bitch of a friend, to think you'd forsake my friendship and steal Franky away from me!! You're in my
world, you won't be recognizable when I'm done with you!!" Maddison snarled wickedly as she lunged forward at Liza.

This was quite a scary moment for me, I felt like a powerless morsel watching two giant monsters about to duke it out over who's going to eat me.
Maddison proceeded to tackle Liza to the ground, who couldn't defend herself since both her hands were taken and she fell to the ground losing her
grip on the device, and me.

Everything was happening so fast, but I luckily landed on Liza's forearm before I rolled to the floor and the device plopped on the ground. Liza quickly
sat up and attempted to make a grab for the slowly charging device, but Maddison had the same thing in mind. They both grabbed onto an opposite side
of it simultaneously and stood up to full height having a go at tug-o-war. I'm not sure who to root for, if Liza wins Maddison gets shrunk and will be at Liza's mercy. Not to mention Liza will keep me for herself and I'll be her little toy for life . If Maddison wins, she most definitely will kill Liza and I'll be at Maddison's grasp forever, or until she kills me. It's kind of a lose-lose.

I take that back, it's a lose-lose-lose, the third lose being if I get stomped before anyone wins or loses, with these two behemoths stepping around I'm in
no mans land as I ran frantically from every incoming foot. " Would both of you sto-" I tried to scream upwards but who am I kidding of course a giant
foot belonging to Maddison would plop down right in front of me, forcing me to retreat again. Liza then threw up her leg to kick Maddison straight in
the stomach which made her fall to a knee and let one hand off the device.

Maddison was far from finished though, as she let go and dived in for Liza's legs to force her into the dresser causing several of the items on it to fall
down. The impact of the blow caused Liza to lose hold of the device and it was up in the air free-falling.

" Oh no!" Maddison and Liza both cried out as they tried to jump and reach up for it, but they only succeeded in bumping into each other then fell onto
the ground. I felt like I was in an avalanche as I had to run to safety from being crushed and smothered by them falling on me.

Looking up in the air the device had finally charged with the room being illuminated green. It was too bright to see where it was pointing at and I
shielded my eyes with my arm, but it was a moment of fate and the device finally landed on the ground. The flash fired off and whoever it hit, the other
would be in complete power. So would it be Maddison or Liza?
