Summary:

Simon has Regressor's Syndrome, rendering him and all other sufferers on the planet around two inches in height. Normally, he lives in a specially designed colony with other people of his height and disposition, but this week he's visiting his normal-sized sister, Milla, who's just out of college and living on her own for the first time in her life.
