A young man decides to indulce himself in a simple perversion one morning, only to suffer a rather bizarre and unfortunate fate.
A new street drug is rumored to be in the city, however it’s so secretive some people aren't sure if it's just an urban legend. However, suddenly there have been about a dozen missing persons and all of them have a link to this mysterious "SK" drug. After about a month of no leads Detective Brad Graves finally gets information that is going to allow him to go undercover to get to the bottom of what this "SK" drug is.
The effects of potions sold in the Gniknirhs Valley are potent, inescapable, and almost always permanent . . . the problem is that trying to make too many of them stack on an individual victim can not only reverse, but invert their effects.
Four vignettes, written last autumn as part of a "Shorts" writing week where I labored at penning down a small short story a day.
