This was something different indeed, but not uwelcome.

Very well done :) 

I liked how Gerald was a more kinder destroyer and that attraction was there between them.

A nice start here, you did a nice job of establishing some of the world Angie lives in, and the character of Gerald seems interesting too.

Can't wait to see where this goes :)
