Just my two cents: I think Amy's feet and their potency have been forshawdowed enough that I'd like to see one death be at her pungent feet. I think it would be a ruthless way to snuff Jake out. In fact, I almost would feel sorry for the tiny guy...almost!

I got a few deaths in mind. All cruel, all humiliating, all perfect for this story.

 

-After the lesbian scene, the mom starts sucking on his tiny body, ready to swallow him, but spits him out. Any brief second of mercy is abandoned as Amy says she wants a more filling meal. She grows him to the size of an action figure, slowly forcing him into her cramped mouth before taking a big gulp. Trapped in her tight, slimy belly digestion doesn't come quick. He spends days slowly being digested, having to hear teasing and feel his death chamber shake as people pat and poke the belly from the outside. As he begins to pass out, the mother has one last moment with him. Telling him that feeding her was his best accomplishment in life and nothing more.

-Jake begs his mom for his life, offering to be her slave forever if she spares him. Feeling 'kind' she makes a deal with him. Survive one week deep up her ass and he'll be a member of the family again. Jake agrees, crawl into her ass and being sealed into darkness. He goes through Hell inside his mom, the smell, the heat, the constant moving, he feels like it’s sucking the life right out of him. As he lays deep in Amy's ass, unable to move and moments from dying, he wonders if he got close to making the one-week. On the outside, the mother frowns when she feels Jake no longer moving in her ass. Skyler reminds her that he did survive nearly two weeks in her ass, which is pretty impressive. -Jake finally learns the reason his mom hates him so much is because he’s the result of her mother having an affair with a coworker that resulted in her husband leaving her and causing her nothing but grief. Jake finally meets his real father, who’s more interested in fucking his mom then meeting his son. Jake survives, barely, and Amy is tempted to just crush him, but then she gets another idea. Shrunken down to a speck of dust size, Jake is forced either onto the cockhead or into the cockslit. As you mentioned doing different types of endings I would love to see one or more of these ideas:
- Jake dies in an unaware way to the person causing his death, for example the girls shrink him to ant/flea size again and put him into the cereals of his brother Hal, whos again unware about the torture taking place of his brother. Jake, like in the movie honey I shrunk the kids, swimming helpless inside a giant cheerio, and soon would book a one way ticket down his brothers digestive tract.
- Jake gets anal vored by his brother in an unawre way, the girls glueing him inside the back area of his brothers tight boxers, or on the middle of the toilet paper, so when Hal would use the bathroom and wipe himself, Jake would be wiped deeply inside his brothers anus. Hal would later the day use the bathroom again, and some bowl movements of his brother would causing the last horrors in Jakes life.
- the girls would put Jake inside a small medicine capsular, they empty before, onside side is transparent. They would put the capsular inside a cruel situation, where it would be swallowed by an unarware person, for exmple Hal
- the girls would call Jakes best school friend to come by, telling some lie about Jake wanted to learn for the upcoming biology exam, while the friend waits, the girls would tell him Jake would arrive soon and hes just shortly gone for the store to by some snacks. the girls would give Jakes friend a dip with chips to eat in the while or a drink, where Jake was placed in before. Jake would be consumed by his best friend learn in a practical way how the digestive tract works from inside view.
