Has got to be one of the most sensually well-written footplay scenes on this site, it was very refreshing. However, I don’t like how her personality went from being cute, playful, and definitely having a crush on him and admiring him to being a domineering figure who sees him as a slave.
Other than that I have nothing but praise keep it up!

Yeah, I'm probably overthinking the technicalities quite a lot. As you said, Jack is already being implied by the narrative to be honest about his explanations, so you don't want to contradict that. I think there's enough possibilities in what you wrote for Olivia to do some pretty wild shit and I just hope Jack gets to enjoy it as much as she surely will.
I love the overall setting you've built here, it's the kind of scenario that deserves a lot more tales in this genre.

Oh yeah, I think good writing and sensible storytelling is hugely important (looking at you, Game of Thrones!). On the other hand I can't stand the way shows like Star Trek forcefully tie things together by nerding out, making sure both the audience and the characters understand exactly what's going on through painfully annoying and seemingly unnecessary technobabble dialogue. Nor do they ever simply admit when their writers make a mistake or decide to throw away an old rule for convenience, but insist on retconning it. Initially I was thinking maybe Olivia just steps on some sort of growth ray platform every morning and shrinks back down on the same platform when she leaves work, along with shrinking whatever she's carrying, and then the E-Reactor would offer a more powerful growth capability not limited to the size of the original platform. Your setup has some limitations but it certainly allows for some interesting possibilities, and I guess the E-Reactor and related technological advances might add an entirely new dimension to the whole thing. I'm also taking Jack's claims at face value for the moment, maybe he's not telling the full truth either.
If Olivia and Jack are still able to breathe, it seems like ordinary molecules must get entangled with active macro/micro particles once they're sufficiently absorbed, so perhaps Olivia can safely eat something if she waits long enough to digest it and eventually expels whatever her body doesn't absorb? If she eats something with micro particles in it, will her body just flush it out or will the micro particles get expelled by the dominant macro particles already set in? Also keep in mind nail polish and clothing, these girls must be getting a fresh dose of macro particles every day so it all grows with them.
Meh, I'll let you figure things out to your satisfaction unless you feel like you're getting stuck somewhere. If you find it getting too complicated, I would just edit a few lines in the last few chapters so the collar is still there, but it's more like a safety mechanism which is required to be used in conjunction with the company's shrinking/growing platform/ray, in order to prevent giants from running amok at large, or random unqualified people shrinking themselves and others as a stupidly dangerous prank. In that case its purpose would be to restore the wearer to normal size if they try to goof off (or whatever it's tricked into thinking normal size is...). Then either Olivia's sock is still huge back at Jack's house and his clothes are still tiny at hers (definitely simplest and most flexible), or else the collar's safety effect is weaker and slower when it acts on something being inappropriately removed from the wearer's body, due to other considerations (such as averting the possibility of shrinking someone with the collar by shaking their hand and then letting go, say).
Under that alternative scenario, if you want it to get real wild, maybe with a little hacking the collars have the ability to arbitrarily dial back and forth between their max/min size as set by the platform and "normal", along with everything inbetween, and the E-Reactor will be found capable of resetting just what "normal" is in addition to its intended use as a power source. In the meantime perhaps Olivia can shrink and grow stuff by holding onto it when she changes size whether using the collar or the company platform, and Jack can make ladies grow a bit by reducing himself to midget size and growing while holding their hands (or that other kinky thing I suggested).

To your comment about Jack's claims being truthful: there's what he says to her and then there's the narrative dialog that betrays that he was telling the truth. I'm OK with deception but we're deliberately telling the reader that he's being truthful, so to just spontaneously say he's lying later in the story would be very underwhelming. I won't do it.
The "how can they breathe/walk/etc physics I'm disregarding, as all growing/shrinking stories have to do. Some amount of suspension of disbelief is necessary. These physics are impossible. The best you can do is establish a consistent set of rules for a fictional world, and abide by it. I don't think it's too complicated, it's actually pretty fun. It's already been worked out, what Olivia can and cannot do. I'm really enjoying writing this story, to tell the truth.

Yeah I'm more or less done speculating and just excited to see what Olivia and her colleagues end up achieving, and I hope it takes them a good long while to fully figure things out!
Just another little thought about toe sucking... If Jack is wearing that collar and he's near normal size, then shrinks a little bit while sucking a girl's toes, and she's already been exposed to macro particles up to a certain size limit... Then she would theoretically grow bigger at the same time and retain that for a few hours, no? It wouldn't work when Jack is smaller because of the reasons you already gave, but he can certainly go around giving the ladies a boost, and resizing himself to top them up later when it starts to wear off!
Sorry to throw so many ideas at you so quickly, I just want to get them out there in case you haven't already thought of similar ideas yourself. Whatever that reactor does, I definitely hope it sets a whole new paradigm for sizing possibilities.

Really great question, with obvious implications.
So, I didn't really need to make the growth/shrinking mechanics as complicated as they are in this story, but I really liked forcing the main character to figure out how to exploit a system, show off her ingenuity, and prove her superiority not just physically, but mentally as well. Of course, this also means I've been trying my best to anticipate how these mechanics would plausibly work and where it could lead the story. I have a few different story trajectories in mind, just gotta run through all the permutations to see what makes the most sense. I don't really like when stories just magically defy their own rules to achieve a certain ending, so I'll do my best to avoid that here. Apologies if it gets a little complicated along the way but I'll endeavor to make things clear in due course. But I also don't want this story to be a damn manual for how the story actually works (Looking at you: Inception), so the pacing has gotta be just right.

Wow another amazing chapter! First off that's one helluva sexy dream to start things off, and I really hope Olivia eventually figures out how to cause some "serious trouble". A lot of interesting issues get raised and I'm dying to know how they're ultimately resolved, but I'm also happy to see you taking your time and building up the story.
It's neat to think that Olivia and her coworkers are now basically now immunized from ever shrinking small- that already in itself makes them superior to the poor un-enlarged masses. But why would someone get stuck in a given size state if they maintain it too long? Do the macro/micro particles dissipate over time if left activated, and leave the remaining matter permanently altered? Or do some of the particles simply become activated full-time?
I'm imagining Olivia and the other girls using the E-Reactor like a tanning salon over time and their overall size limits rising exponentially with every use, going out in public as amazons to flirt with the littles while they fantasize about growing taller than hills, skyscrapers and mountains with the mere push of a button and the patience to wait for the expansion to kick in. Or she could toy with a bunch of people down by her feet and spend hours on end bombarding them with micro particles while they beg her for mercy.
Can't wait to see how Jack deals with the roommates! I'm hoping he does indeed get his clothing back for a bit because I think it's hot when giant women let people wearing clothes and shoes perve all over their bodies and feet, insecure at first but feeling more and more confident as their power grows; I guess it's up to the ladies. If I were writing it, I'd let them shrink him slowly and build up their confidence as he rubs their feet and feels their toes getting bigger and bigger in his mouth, while they probe him about all the crazy things they could do if they only knew what he does.

I love how quick you've been to respond to comments and post updates. I wanted to mention that I'm really interested to see what Olivia manages to figure out from probing Jack's know-how. It would be cool to see her spend time going out at heights like 6'6" or 7' and towering over the general public, perhaps somehow even retaining the ability to grow bigger on demand. Meanwhile Jack would be accompanying her at child size, or tied to her toe like a ring, or perhaps even reduced smaller than a speck and stranded on a toe ring(!!!), watching her go about her day and catching all the people staring at her as she flirts.
I can't wait to see what the E-Reactor does and how it operates. It's sexy to think of all these unstoppable, beautiful giant young women unwittingly constructing some sort of doomsday machine that might potentially make them orders of magnitude more powerful still. I imagine it somehow works by altering spacetime/mass scales and violating energy conservation laws, but I guess we'll see... I had this thought of Olivia gradually using such a device to grow herself bigger and bigger and bigger every time she has access to it, but concealing her slowly accumulating power using the temporary shrinking tech. Her overall potential would keep accumulating and slowly multiplying over time until she could practically outgrow the whole galaxy if she wanted, although of course she'd never actually use more than a tiny fraction. Or perhaps it can be used to slowly shrink a whole bunch of people down to nothing on her flip flops while she makes them watch Jack go to town on her blinged out feet.

Really exciting and sexy stuff, keep it coming! I'm thinking since Olivia already has anklets and toe rings to go with her sandals and flip flops, why not go all out and paint the nails with some artistic designs, gemstones, sparkles and decals, or alternating colours? Nails like those would be such a great place to shrink down smaller and smaller and smaller, watching yourself get dwarfed by the tiniest of details. Even something as simple as having one colour on her big toes and another for the rest would be really hot.
The shrink and growth mechanics are definitely interesting and I'm intrigued by what Olivia has planned as far as taking advantage. It seems Jack may be something of a pioneer in the whole size changing field, so I imagine Olivia will be putting him to use accordingly. I'd like to see how Olivia is handling the power trip of being one of the largest, fastest and most powerful people in human history whenever she's on the job; maybe she can even have Jack help her set some new records?
