I'm liking where this is going. I do have some ideas how she could kill other tinies. 

Crushed inside her hair, mistaken for a gnat on her leg or hand, fall into her massive eye and drown. Get stuck between her teeth. Inhaled. Lost in a little imperfection on her fingernail, etc.
