Chapter 1 by Twjr0228

Brenda and Eddie Martino were, by all accounts, a happily married couple. It was freshman year at Staten High when they met, and were instantly inseparable. Their chemistry was electric.

Eddie grew up in a traditional Italian family. His father, Joe, was a gregarious man who stood around 6ft and weighed around 250lbs. He was the owner of a garage, and customers loved him for his honesty and personality.

Eddie’s mother, Elaine, was a stay at home parent. She only stood 5’ and weighed no more than 100lbs, but she ran a tight ship. Eddie and his sister Jennifer, who was 7 years younger and built like her mom, knew that mom was the final word. Occasionally, Joe would make a decision and it ended in a loud discussion between parents, but Elaine ultimately trusted her husband’s judgement, and things would go back to normal.

And when he met Brenda Vacarri freshman year, he thought he was in heaven. Brenda was a slight 5’1” and 105 lbs. She had black hair and green eyes and a smile that could melt an iceberg. She was as also the spitting image of her mother, Diane, who stood as tall as her, and weighed the same, with the same black hair and green eyes.

Brenda’s father was a man named Anthony. Anthony was a very large man, standing 6’6” and weighing close to 300lbs. Brenda’s parents had come of age during the hippie era. Free love and trust of everyone.

Brenda’s parents owned a catering company which was perpetually about to close its doors due to mismanagement. Anthony and Diane had no hesitations about going to some festival or peace gathering instead of accepting catering jobs. It was this attitude that almost doomed their business, until Brenda’s grandfather died and left enough money to pay the company’s bills for the next 10 years.

Brenda also had a brother, Robert, 4 years her senior. Robert played baseball for Staten High, but wasn’t drafted, and played some college ball before playing semi-pro baseball.

Eddie grew to a height of 6’4” and weighed 200lbs. He was a star wide receiver in high school, but a knee injury his senior year put an end to any hopes of college football and the pros. So after high school, he set his mind to earning a degree in finance.

Meanwhile, Brenda had convinced herself that she wanted to be a teacher, but her heart was never sold. One day during senior year she and mom talked. Diane told her daughter to follow her heart. So Brenda majored in Humanities while in college.

After their freshman year in college, Brenda and Eddie decided to marry. They had spent many a night together while in high school discussing how many kids they wanted, where they wanted to live, etc. Eddie’s parents tried to talk him out of the wedding, but his mind was made up.

It was soon after graduation that cracks appeared in their relationship. Eddie got his degree and worked for an investment firm making good money. Brenda had her Humanities degree and set her sights on a great paying job. Unfortunately, her degree was worthless.

One day Eddie and Brenda were talking, and Eddie brought up the idea of children. Brenda was lukewarm to the idea, which hurt Eddie. Brenda told him that she wanted to concentrate on getting a job, and it wasn’t the right time for a family. It was at that moment that chemistry fizzled. Eddie spent more and more time at the office. Brenda would apply for jobs, but would be unsuccessful in her attempts at employment.

One night Eddie and his coworkers went to a bar, where he got drunk and hooked up with a barfly named Stacey. Eddie couldn’t remember exactly what happened, but he stumbled into the house around dawn. Brenda didn’t have to ask what happened. She instinctively knew. She looked at Eddie coldly and went to the bedroom, packed up a few things, and left.

Eddie was upset. At 24 years of age and after five years of marriage, he was alone. Brenda had gone to her parents’ house, and told her mom what happened. Brenda cried and cried for hours. Eddie had broken her heart.

Eddie called out of work, and proceeded to pour himself drink after drink. After what seemed like an eternity, he made his way to the bedroom and passed out. Dream after dream involved Brenda. He woke up and stumbled into the bathroom. Once back in bed, he immediately fell asleep and had a dream in which he was making his way through a carnival funhouse.

As he made his way, he noticed that everyone was laughing at him. The more he traveled, the more they laughed. He made his way to the moving cylinder with kaleidoscopic lights. He felt dizzy. He felt like he was spinning out of control. Even though asleep, he felt every spin. He thought he was going to throw up.

Finally Eddie woke up. He was hung over. His eyes had trouble focusing. He couldn’t see straight. To him, the room looked totally different than he remembered. He subconsciously reached around the bed, and it seemed different also. He wasn’t sure if it was the hangover or blurry vision. But something was definitely different.

It wasn’t until he got out of bed did he know something was wrong. He had to hop down off the bed. And when he turned around and looked, the top of the mattress was just above his midsection, instead of below his knees. He wondered what was going on.

As he walked towards the door, he also noticed that the dressers were taller than they should be. Brenda’s vanity mirror was also taller than he remembered. Even the door was larger and the handle higher. He shook his head trying to clear both his vision and mind.

He heard voices coming from the living room. He made his way there and stopped dead. Sitting on an extra large sofa was Brenda, her mom Diane, his mom Elaine, and his sister Jennifer. And there was something very wrong. They were sitting, and he was standing, and he was looking up at them. His head started hurting and he almost lost his balance.

Brenda smiled and said to him that he should have known better than to have more than one sip of wine. Men couldn’t handle any more than that. Eddie stared blankly at her. Then he noticed his outfit. It was a powder blue sleeper. Eddie was now utterly confused, and speechless.

Brenda reached out her hand for Eddie to take. He noticed how much larger her hand was compared to his. He couldn’t understand it. She brought him onto her lap. He noticed that the top of his head was level with her lips.

Brenda continued her conversation with Diane, Elaine, and Jennifer like he wasn’t even there. Then he heard the other three women call out to Joe, Anthony, and Robert. The three men came, appearing very docile-like and respectful. They too were standing, yet looking up to the women.

The women told them what they wanted. The three all replied yes ma’am, turned, and left. Eddie couldn’t understand anything that was going on. He tried to ask Brenda, but his mom told him that the women were talking, and that they weren’t to be interrupted. Eddie looked up at Brenda and she told him the same thing.

Eddie noticed a large envelope on the table. He also noticed the name. It was addressed to Eddie Salvatore. Eddie Salvatore? He couldn’t recognize the name, until he remembered that it was Brenda’s mom’s maiden name. What the hell was going on? He tried to get down off of Brenda’s lap, but her hold was too strong for him. He started to feel the room spinning again.

Eddie woke up in a sweat. His heart was beating a mile a minute. He calmed himself down. He realized that he was having a bad dream. Once he sat up, he moved towards the edge of the bed. It was a longer than he remembered. He hopped down to the floor, noticed his powder blue sleeper, and started to scream. To be continued……????

Chapter 2 by Twjr0228

Eddie woke up nearly in tears. He looked around his bedroom and breathed a deep sigh of relief. Not only was he in his own bed, but the room was just as he remembered. He made his way to the bathroom and tried to comprehend the terrible dreams that he had.

Splashing cold water on his face, he glanced at his watch. 5:30am was the reading. His head hurt from all the alcohol he consumed the day before, and his stomach was hurting from lack of food. Slowly he made his way out to the kitchen and started the coffee maker.

He wasn’t due in at work until 8, and he realized that he made a terrible mistake in hurting Brenda. He wanted to call, but wanted to give her space. He would try around 7. If she wanted to talk, she would. But if she didn’t, at least she would know that he called.

After coffee, breakfast and a shower, he dialed her parents house. Her mom, Diane, answered the phone. She didn’t sound happy to be talking to him, but Eddie asked if Brenda was around. Diane paused, and reluctantly said yes and gave the phone to her daughter.

Awkwardly, Eddie nervously apologized and begged her for forgiveness. He started crying. She was the love of life, and he committed the cardinal sin of cheating on her with a women he didn’t know.

Brenda paused for a moment, her voice quivering an acceptance. But there would be changes. She would not go through that again. She made sure that Eddie understood that things would be changing, and he was going to have to accept what happens without complaint.

Eddie desperately and excitedly said he would accept her terms without question. He told her that he would do anything she asked, he just wanted her to come home. Brenda said that she would be home by the time he got done work. Eddie told her he loved her, and Brenda responded that she knew, and reminded him that things would be different from now on.

Brenda hung up and Eddie left for work. He was in a good mood. The memories of his terrible dreams faded as his thoughts turned towards Brenda. He decided that he was going to have flowers waiting for her when she returned home. He had trouble concentrating on work, but managed to make it through the day.

When Brenda had turned up at her parents door, she was in tears and crying hysterically. Her parents asked her what was wrong, but deep down Diane knew the answer.

Brenda entered and recognized the lady that was visiting her mom. Her name was Ezmeralda. Brenda knew her as her mom’s gypsy friend. Her parents knew a lot of people who would be considered odd or strange to other people. But her parents were of the peace and love generation, and they developed strong friendships with a close knit group of friends.

Upon seeing Brenda upset, and hearing the details. Ezmeralda offered to help. Brenda didn’t understand the offer, but didn’t want to be rude to the lady that she knew her whole life. Ezmeralda calmly explained that true gypsies knew of unspeakable ways of changing things for the betterment of society. It was just that it could only be used once, and only for special friends.

Brenda still couldn’t think straight, but listened as the gypsy asked for her wishes. Without thinking, Brenda gave answers without serious thought. Ezmeralda, on the other hand, made a list from Brenda’s responses, and tweaked the list with her own personal touch.

Ezmeralda looked at Brenda, and then at Diane, and asked her old friend if she could talk to her in private.

Once alone, Ezmeralda explained to Diane what she had in mind, and she would need her old friend to buy in and accept the results of the what she wanted to do.

Diane didn’t blink. She had known Ezmeralda for many years and trusted her judgment. Ezmeralda also explained that once changes occurred, only Eddie and Diane and Ezmeralda and Brenda would know how things used to be. Diane nodded. She thought about her husband Anthony, but thought that he wouldn’t mind in the least. He was always very open minded about things. But Diane also thought about her son Robert, and how he would be affected. But Robert was capable of handling anything. Besides, it was more important to her that Brenda feel better. So Diane and Ezmeralda agreed.

Once Ezmeralda was back with her village, she would put things in motion and let it run its course. Brenda had no idea of what her mom and her friend discussed. Diane talked about life with Brenda, and stressed to her daughter that if she were to get back with Eddie, she would have to stress that things were going to change. Brenda said she understood.

Diane then discussed with Brenda everything that she and Ezmeralda talked about. Brenda’s mind had cleared enough to understand what her mom said, but assumed that she was joking. She could tell by her mom’s expression that she was serious. Brenda was about to say something when Diane continued. She explained what was going to happen, and that only a couple of people would know how things used to be. She stressed to her daughter to have faith in what Ezmeralda was going to do, and how things were going to be for the best.

When Brenda returned home, there was a giant vase filled with roses, and a note from Eddie apologizing again and telling her that he loved her. Brenda struggled to bring the large vase inside, but she managed. She made her way to the kitchen to make herself a cup of coffee, and just sat at the table and waited for Eddie to come home.

At 6, Eddie walked through the door and gave Brenda a big hug. He tried to kiss her, but she turned her head. Eddie realized that he was going to have to earn her trust if he wanted a kiss.

Brenda motioned for Eddie to sit on the sofa with her. They took their seats, Brenda looking up at Eddie. Brenda started talking. She said that it might take a while for the hurt to subside and for her to trust him. She stressed that things were going to be much different going forward, and that he should get used to a new world.

Eddie was so happy that Brenda was home that he didn’t understand what she was saying. All he could think of was taking her to the bedroom and having some makeup sex. So he just kept nodding his head as she spoke. It was when she stopped talking that the room started to spin for the both of them.

The spinning stopped. Both Brenda and Eddie felt the need to get sick, but fought the urge. It was then that they noticed the changes. Both were seated on the sofa, but instead of Brenda looking up at Eddie, he was looking up at her, and by a lot. He had a panicked look on his face. He looked at his larger wife and looked around the room. The living room was different. He didn’t recognize any furniture. Everything looked bigger.

Eddie had to hop down off the sofa. He felt disoriented. Brenda stood up. Even though he was wearing shoes and she wasn’t, he only came up to just past her midsection. He looked up at her and couldn’t speak. He didn’t know what had happened, but he knew that this wasn’t a dream. He didn’t know what to do.

Chapter 3 by Twjr0228

Eddie started to panic and turned towards the door, only to have a large hand wrap around his upper arm and stop him dead in his tracks. He turned and remembered Brenda had been in front of him. She got on her knees so that her eyes were more level with his, although they still were a couple of inches higher.

She saw the panicked and terrified look in Eddie’s eyes, and let go of his arm and placed her hand on his back. She needed to reassure him that she was still the girl he married.

She explained to Eddie that the whole world changed, and things were very different now than they were 10 minutes ago. Eddie tried to ask her a question, but Brenda put a finger on his lips and continued. She explained that he, along with all the men in the world, were in the same situation. She noticed that Eddie started crying, and she instinctively pulled him closer and hugged him. She felt him struggling, and she let go. It was then she realized that she had hugged him more tightly than she realized and he couldn’t breathe. She apologized.

Eddie was still catching his breath when she explained that as far as the world was concerned, how things were now, were how they always had been. She told him that her mother, a friend of her mother, she herself, and him would know how things were before it changed.

Eddie looked confused. He didn’t understand what she was saying. All he knew was that when he came home from work Brenda’s head came up to be level with his chest. Now his head only came up to just below the middle of her stomach. And then his thoughts turned towards his family. His parents, Joe and Elaine, and his sister, Jennifer. What happened to them? He asked Brenda that very question.

Brenda smiled and told him that his parents and sister were fine, but the change affected them also. Eddie asked her how. She replied that his mom and sister were the same size as she was. In fact all the grown women in the world were her size. All the grown men were Eddie’s size, and that meant that employment opportunities were extremely few and far between. Women were the new heads of not only the family, but also society.

Eddie had a look of disbelief on his face. Brenda gently took his arm over to the much larger sofa and lifted him up so he could sit. His legs didn’t even reach the floor. Brenda turned the TV on, and flipped through the channels. No matter what she put on, it was basically the same. Movies? Women had all the important roles. The only time that men were seen were when they were in danger from other women, or as househusbands. That was it.

Sports? All women all the time. Men were banned from any sport where there might be a risk of them getting hurt. News? Some news stations would occasionally have a male on a panel, sitting in on raised chair, to join a discussion. But the male would ultimately be ignored as the women would discuss what was best for men.

The government was the same way. When discussing the makeup of the government, it was totally women. No men were in any position of power or status. Eddie’s heart sank. Brenda was right. The world had changed.

He hopped down off the sofa and went through the house. Everything was so much larger and taller. Doors, door handles, furniture, the bed, the kitchen and dining room table, they were all bigger. He thought that he might have trouble getting up on a dinning room chair.

He saw Brenda in the kitchen making a cup of tea. Eddie approached her and only had one question. He wanted to know why? Why did this happen?

Brenda thought for a moment, then explained everything. It was her mom’s friend, Ezmeralda, who changed everything. She didn’t know why she made the changes she did, but she must have been wronged by a man at some point, and was just waiting for the right time to act. It was Eddie’s cheating that must have been the trigger. That was the only thing that made sense.

Eddie started to get mad. Brenda saw his look and bent down to look him in the eye. She reassured him that she loved him, and would never hurt him. He was still the man for her. And with that, she subconsciously picked him up and started to kiss him.

At first, Eddie tried to resist. But Brenda's strength was too much for him, and eventually he embraced her kisses. She told him that she would take care of him and make sure he was safe. She then placed him back on the ground.

Brenda then informed Eddie that his family was coming for dinner at the end of the week, and that the house needed straightening. Eddie instinctively replied that he had work, but Brenda reminded him that he no longer had a job. And that meant the housework had become his responsibility. Eddie started to object, but Brenda told him her decision was final. Eddie realized there was no use in arguing the point.

Chapter 4 by Twjr0228

Eddie was still trying to comprehend what had just occurred. The whole world, every single person on the face of the Earth changed suddenly. His thoughts stuck with his parents. He wanted to call them to make sure that they were all right. But he was snapped out of his confusion by the sound of the phone ringing.

He looked around and saw it was on a table near the sofa. He walked over to the phone, his head barely taller than the table on which it sat. He picked up and answered. He recognized the voice on the other end as Diane, Brenda's mom. She asked to speak to her daughter. Eddie tried to ask her questions about what had happened, but a large hand effortlessly took the phone away from him.

Brenda told Eddie that she needed to talk to her mom in private, and told him to go to the bedroom until she was finished. Eddie objected, stating that he was her husband, and he wanted to know what the hell was going on.

Brenda told her mom that she would be right back, put down the phone, and grabbed Eddie by the hand and, without any trouble, dragged him into the bedroom. She bent down far enough for her face to tower over his, and told him that the next time he talked back to her, or showed her disrespect, he wouldn't be as fortunate as he was now.

Eddie backed up once he saw the look on Brenda's face. She asked him if he understood. Eddie could only manage a weak ‘yes, ma’am’, and with that, Brenda stood up and walk out of the room, closing the door behind her.

Eddie leaned against a bed that came up to his chest. He put his face in his hands. After the room stopped spinning and the world changed, Brenda told him that she was the same girl he married. He knew it was bullshit. Brenda acted drunk on power, treating him like a little kid. In fact, the dominant thought running through Eddie's mind was that all women were behaving like Brenda. God, he thought, hell couldn't be any worse if true.

About 20 minutes later he heard Brenda open the bedroom door. He just looked down at the floor. Brenda told him that they were going to her mom's house. Eddie said that he didn't want to go, but Brenda said he was and that was the end of the discussion. Eddie looked up at her with a mixture of contempt, rage, and hatred. The woman he loved more than anything in the world had completely become a new person, and he didn't like it at all.

But whether he liked it or not, he was going to his in-laws. And as they left the house and approached a car that he did not recognize, he didn't see his car anywhere. He asked Brenda what happened to his car, and she smiled and told him that men didn't drive. Eddie didn't believe her, but she was serious. Men weren't tall enough to drive safely, so only women were allowed.

Eddie started to feel humiliated, but it was nothing compared to what he felt when the car door opened and he saw a booster seat on the passenger side of the car. Brenda lifted him up onto the booster seat and buckled him in. Eddie felt tears welling up in his eyes. Seated next to her, he was almost level with Brenda's mouth.

The car ride to Diane’s house was in near silence. Brenda was in her own world accepting the new reality, one in which she was initially skeptical about, but once her mom explained everything that would change, and how people would change with it, she was beginning to love the new world. It was reassuring to know that men would no longer be able to cheat on their wives or girlfriends. She loved Eddie when she married him, but he broke her heart with some floozy from the bar. She deserved better, and thanks to Esmeralda, she got what she deserved.

Remembering his dream, Eddie asked Brenda what their last name was. Brenda thought for a moment, as she actually didn't know. So when the car pulled up to a red light, she got her license from her wallet. The name read Brenda Morina. She had trouble remembering where she heard that name before.

Then it dawned on her. The first member of her mom's family to come to America was a woman, Luciana Morina. She arrived in the late 1870s. So obviously, with the changes, men took the last name of their wives.  So, Brenda told Eddie that his last name was Morina.

Soon, Brenda and Eddie were pulling into her parent's development. Eddie was getting a weird feeling in his stomach. Brenda had completely changed once the world did. How would her mother behave? Like her daughter? Or with more sympathy for the plight of the men who were now weaker sex? Eddie didn't want to think about it anymore, but his mind overruled his heart. He dreaded to see Brenda's father, Anthony. He was a physically large man around 2 hours ago. What would he be like now?

Suddenly, Eddie realized that Brenda pulled into the driveway. He recognized the address. He didn't recognize the house. And he didn't recognize the car parked in the carport. Brenda unbuckled Eddie and told him that she would lift him out of the seat. Eddie closed his eyes with those words.

Chapter 5 by Twjr0228

Despite trying as hard as he could, Eddie couldn't wish things back to the way there were. He saw how much larger and stronger Brenda was compared to him. But there was nothing he could do about the situation. He cursed himself for cheating on Brenda. His beautiful Brenda, who now towered over him. He guessed she was about 3 feet taller than he was. And with the way she talked, and with what he saw on the TV, he assumed that every grown man was in the same boat.

Brenda opened the passenger side door and lifted Eddie out of the booster seat and placed him on the ground. Eddie secretly breathed a sigh of relief, as he feared that she would carry him into the house.

Brenda took Eddie's hand and guided him up the tall steps. Eddie remembered that there were no steps before the change. He looked at the front door and thought that it had to be around 10’ in height and fairly wide. The door knob was slightly above his eyes.

Brenda knocked on the door. After about 10 seconds, the knob turned, the door was pulled back, and there stood Brenda's mom, Diane. She was just as big as her daughter, and Eddie thought that looked prettier than before.

Diane beamed a smile at seeing her daughter and gave her a big, tight hug. They looked at each other and thought that the changes weren't so bad. Then Diane looked down at saw Eddie, still holding Brenda's hand. She bent down and gave him a hug and a kiss. Even being gentle, Eddie could feel her strength. Just like Brenda's.

She welcomed Brenda and Eddie inside, where her daughter got her first look at her father. Whereas Anthony was 6’6” and 300lbs before the change, he now stood the same size as Eddie at 5’3” and weighed no more than 140lbs.

Brenda bent down and picked up her father and gave him a kiss on the cheek and asked him how he was doing. Her father gave her a very familiar smile and said that he was doing well. He then asked her the same question. Brenda replied the same. Diane told Anthony to start making coffee. And then she lowered her father to the floor and gave him a little pat on the rear end, and off he went into the kitchen.

Brenda asked her mom where Robert was. Diane replied that he and Jennifer, Eddie's sister, went away overnight, and were do back the next day. Eddie was confused about her answer. He wanted to make sure he heard Diane correctly. Jennifer? His sister? Jennifer Martino, 17 year old?

Diane looked at him and smiled. Her last name was  Bruno. Eddie recognized the name as being the name of the girl that came over from Naples at the turn of the 20th century. Obviously, like Brenda, the Bruno name was carried by the females of the family, and men they married took the name.

It was then that Brenda noticed Esmeralda sitting at the table with an amused look on her face. Brenda went over and hugged her and thanked her for all she did. The gypsy told her that if she had to do it for anyone, it was Brenda.

Eddie saw Esmeralda and immediately made a beeline for her, and started complaining and yelling at her that it wasn't fair or right that she did what she did. In fact, Eddie was carrying on so much that Brenda grabbed him by the arm and pulled him into the living room and dropped his pants and smacked his ass.

All Diane and Esmeralda heard was the sound of Brenda's hand hitting Eddie's ass, and Eddie yelling in pain, before they heard his muffled crying. They heard Brenda tell Eddie that she had warned him before about showing disrespect towards women, and he was to go immediately into the dining room and apologize to Esmeralda and her mom for his behavior.

Eddie said no, until a harder smack landed on his ass, and a more pronounced cry could be heard. Brenda raised her hand again, but Eddie quickly pulled up his pants and ran to the dining room and apologized to the two women. They could see the tears running down his cheeks. Both women were sitting, and he was looking up at them.

Diane bent down slightly and kissed his cheek and accepted the apology. Esmeralda did the same, and once Brenda's father brought out the coffee, she sat at the table also. It was then that the two men were dismissed to the bedroom so the women could talk privately.

Anthony stood on his toes and kissed Diane, while Eddie could tell that Brenda was still upset with him, so he meekly turned and followed his father-in-law to his bedroom.

Once alone, Brenda looked at Esmeralda and wanted to ask many questions. The gypsy knew the questions, and decided to explain everything. So Brenda sat and listened intently as Esmeralda began her story.

She was gypsy by birth, which meant her clan was constantly moving. One day, when she was 17, she met a man from another clan and fell in love. Eventually, she moved into his clan’s area and thought that she would find happiness.

Instead, in a drunken rage, the man violently raped her, which left her unable to have children of her own. His clan's elders placed the blame on her, telling her that she asked for it.

Hysterically upset, she went back to her clan, where her elders blamed her for being stupid enough to follow the man in the first place. Esmeralda was devastated by the lack of sympathy and support from her elders.

So she made a promise to herself that if she could ever change the world, she would, and men wouldn't like it.

Eventually, the physical pain subsided, but the emotional scars were permanent. So when an aunt she was close to found out that she only had a short time to live, Esmeralda went to visit. The aunt took her under her wing and told her about a power that she had been given, but never had the chance to use.

It was the power to literally change the world to her liking. Esmeralda was stunned, but the aunt was serious. The only limitation was that she couldn't use the power for herself, it had to be used for the betterment of a friend or loved one.

And so Esmeralda learned the power and thought of nothing but how the world would look if given the chance. And when Brenda showed up the other day hysterical, and she could see her friend, Diane, in emotional pain, she decided that would be the reason.

Now, no woman ever has to worry about their man cheating on them. No woman ever has to worry about being raped. Brenda interrupted after the last statement to she she wasn't raped. Esmeralda smiled and told her that she learned a little secret. It could be used for the betterment of the person with the power. Her aunt didn't want her to be selfish, and only use it when the time was right.

Brenda and Diane understood. And once again, Brenda thanked her mom's friend for all she did. Esmeralda winked at her and told the both of them to enjoy their new world.

While the women talked in the kitchen, Eddie and his father-in-law sat on the large bed. Eddie tried to get comfortable, but his ass still hurt from Brenda smacking it.

Anthony seemed to be content. Eddie tried to ask him if he remembers how the world used to be. His father-in-law had a confused look on his face. He asked Eddie what he meant by the question. Eddie tried to explain to Anthony that before 6pm the world was a lot different. Men were bigger and women were smaller.

Anthony asked him if he was on drugs, because women had always been much taller and stronger than men. He told Eddie to read the history books. It's the way it has always been.

Eddie was getting frustrated by Anthony’s words. He started yelling at the older gentleman that he didn't care what the history books said, he knew of a time when men and women were different sizes.

Anthony told his son-in-law that he was concerned for him, and that maybe he she get Brenda to take him home and put him to bed. Eddie's eyes got wide at the suggestion, and remembering the what Brenda did, just lowered his head in resignation. He told Anthony that he would drop the topic and never speak about it. Anthony put his hand on Eddie’s shoulder and said that everyone gets confused about things once in awhile.

It was then that Eddie heard Brenda calling him out to the living room so he could say goodbye to her mom and Esmeralda. Eddie gingerly made his way and said his goodbyes. And soon, Brenda and Eddie were on their way to a new life.

The end????????

Chapter 6 by Twjr0228

The car ride home was tense. Brenda had buckled Eddie in his seat, but she wasn’t as gentle as she was when they were leaving for her mom’s house. Brenda was still fuming that Eddie acted up in front of her mom and her friend. She would have to have a long talk with him when they got home.

Eddie was still upset that Diane’s friend Ezmeralda decided on her own to create this new world, without thinking of the men who would be affected. He was upset that Brenda punished him in front of the women, which embarrassed him, plus she made him apologize. He couldn’t understand that. Here, his whole life had changed just like that, and he was the one apologizing. He was fuming.

He asked Brenda why she stopped him from demanding to know why Ezmeralda did what she did. Brenda at first ignored him. Eddie asked again, this time his voice a little louder. Brenda sighed. She glanced at her husband in the booster seat and coldly explained to him that he was embarrassing her in front of her mom and her friend. If he behaved more like an adult, she would have let him talk to Ezmeralda. But he acted like a little kid, so she dealt with him like he was a little kid.

Eddie asked her if she understood the changes that he was now forced to adapt to, against his will? Brenda said what’s done is done. He can either embrace the changes like a mature adult, or keep carrying on like a little child, in which case she would treat him as such.

Eddie started asking another question when Brenda cut him off and told him that the conversation was over. He asked her why, and she replied because she said so. So the last 5 minutes of the ride home was as silent as the first 10 minutes.

Once Brenda pulled into the driveway, she unbuckled Eddie and went around to get him out of the seat. She held him on her hip for a bit, before asking him if he was ready to act like an adult. Eddie meekly replied he was, so Brenda place his feet on the ground and unlocked the front door.

Eddie immediately went into the bathroom and locked the door. He used a step ladder to reach the faucet and turned the water on. Looking directly at the lower half of the mirror, he saw how small he had become after the changes. Gone was the strapping 6’4” 200lb specimen. Now it was replaced by a guy barely 5’3” and 140lbs.

Eddie started to cry due to the knowledge that this was his new life. He could leave Brenda, but where would he go? He had nowhere. So he just continued to cry. His tears were interrupted by a knock on the bathroom door. Brenda told him that she had to use the toilet. Eddie turned the water off, and dried his eyes. Then he unlocked the door and let Brenda in.

She looked at his eyes and knew that he had been crying. She escorted him out and shut the door. Eddie thought to himself that he might be able to deal with the physical changes, if Brenda wasn’t so cold emotionally.

And he dreaded seeing his parents in a couple of days. He knew it was going to be a shock seeing the change in size with his mom and dad. He just hoped that his mom didn’t behave like Brenda.

Eddie hopped up on the sofa and turned the TV on. He automatically looked for a movie that he had seen before, but quickly realized that the programs on the TV now didn’t exist before 6pm. So he stopped at each channel to see if anything caught his attention. All the programs were basically the same. Women in all the roles, except when they needed a man to be the new “damsel in distress “.

Brenda kept telling him that the world changed for the better, but the programs on TV got ridiculously worse. He just shook his head. The “new” world sucked, his life sucked, and the TV sucked. A perfect hat trick of misery.

Brenda came out of the bathroom and took a seat on the sofa. Where Eddie struggled to get on due to his diminished size, Brenda effortlessly sat down, because the sofa was scaled for the height of women. In fact, all the furniture was scaled for the size of women.

Brenda took the remote that Eddie temporarily put down and found a show she liked. Eddie now knew what he would be watching until he went to bed. Brenda was focused on the TV. Eddie focused on Brenda. He admitted to himself that she did look as beautiful now as she did the day he married her. She was so much bigger than him, yet she looked even more feminine than before.

Eddie thought about trying to talk to Brenda, but the way she was acting towards him made it impossible. The last thing he needed was for his wife to pull his pants down and smack his ass again. So, he got down from the sofa and went to the bedroom.

The larger bed presented the same challenge to him as the sofa, but he was able to eventually make it on. He assumed that their respective sides remained the same, so he laid on the right side and closed his eyes.

He found falling asleep impossible. His mind was replaying the events of the day, and there was no way he could turn it off. And then he wondered about the kids of the world. Was there a corresponding height difference between boys and girls as there was between men and women?  He shuddered at the thought of some girl between 8 and 10 years of age being taller than him. How would they behave towards him? Like Brenda? Or like her mom? He shuddered at the thought.

But eventually his mind stopped racing long enough for him to fall into a fitful sleep. Any dream he had was always the same- he would argue with Brenda, and Brenda would punish him. Finally he fell into a deep sleep. And his dreams calmed down.

Chapter 7 Eddie finally accepts his new reality by Twjr0228

Eddie had a fitful night sleeping. The dreams were coming rapidly. And each one was basically the same. They all had Eddie’s parents over for dinner, and then he did something to get Brenda mad at him, and she would pull his pants down and smack his ass in front of his mom. Eddie would then run into the bedroom and cry. Then the next dream would start and end the same way.

Eddie finally woke up and glanced at the clock. 10:00am. Shit, he thought. He had to clean before Brenda got home from work. He noticed a piece of paper next to him on the bed. Brenda had left him a pretty long list of things that he needed to get done.

He quickly hopped down from the bed and made his way to the kitchen. He used a step ladder to reach the coffee maker, and after putting a fresh filter and grounds in, turned it on.

He looked at the list. Brenda wanted the dishes done, and the floor swept and mopped. So while the coffee was brewing, Eddie managed to clean Brenda’s breakfast dishes, and wipe the counters. The coffee was ready and he made his cup, then drank quickly, and worked on the floor.

He glanced at the clock. 11:00am. He looked at the list. The living room needed dusting and vacuuming. So that was his next job. But he made himself some toast first, and when he finished, cleaned up his mess and made his way to the living room.

It took him longer than he anticipated to clean the room. The dual factors of his diminished size and the larger furniture, meant that it was much more difficult for him to move. Unlike the kitchen, which had a smooth floor, and made it easier to move things, the living room had carpet. He felt like he was trying to move things set in concrete. After what seemed like an eternity, he finally finished. He looked at the clock. 1:15pm. He pulled out the list. Next job, the bathroom.

So he made his way there. The toilet was easy to clean. It was closer to his height. The sink and shower were a different story. He needed the step ladder from the kitchen to clean the sink. But there was no way he could reach up by the shower nozzle, even with the step ladder. He would just have to do the best he could and hope Brenda understood. Finally finished, he went to the living room and looked at the clock. 3:00pm. He pulled out the trusty list. Brenda wanted the bedroom cleaned.

Shit, Eddie thought, he wouldn’t have time to totally clean the room before Brenda came home. He still needed to shower. So the best he could do was make the bed, which proved more time consuming due to its large size, clean up all the laundry off the floor, and quickly dust as best he could. He glanced at the clock. 4:15pm. Brenda would be home at 5:00pm, and his parents would be there at 5:30.

He quickly showered and dressed. Brenda would be home in 20 minutes. They were going to have dinner delivered, so Eddie was thankful that he didn’t have to cook. But something was nagging at him. He felt that he forgot to do something from the list, and Brenda would be home in a few minutes. He looked at the list again, Trash! He forgot to empty the trash cans and take out the bag in the kitchen. So he rushed as fast as he could to get it done before Brenda arrived.

He had gathered all the trash and combined it with the bag in the kitchen, then lifted it out of the container. It was much heavier than he thought, and he almost lost his balance. But he managed to take it out and have a new bag in by the time Brenda was walking through the front door.

Eddie was flushed from the exertion. Brenda looked down at him and asked him if he did what she wanted. Eddie told her yes. She asked him if he was sure, and instead of answering yes, Eddie said that he couldn’t totally clean the bedroom because he ran out of time.

Brenda asked him what time he got up, and Eddie replied 10. With his parents due in a matter of minutes, there was nothing Brenda could do. If there was one room that needed to be skipped, she would rather it be the bedroom. But she looked at Eddie and told him to try to get it done the next time.

Eddie breathed a sigh of relief. He thought Brenda would have flipped and gotten really upset. But she seemed to be in a decent mood. Eddie asked her how her day went. Brenda replied that it went fine. She told him the bank manager was looking to promote someone to a management position, and she thought that she had a good shot at the job.

So, in this world, Brenda works at a bank. Eddie laughed to himself. In the old world, her Humanities degree was worthless. Now she is up for a promotion.

But one thing was becoming clear to Eddie. It seemed that Brenda was becoming sexier by the day. He couldn’t explain it. He had always found her sexy before the change, but now even more so. If she could just be nicer to him, he might actually start to enjoy this new life.

Eddie was startled out his thoughts by the loud dinging of the door bell. He was apprehensive about seeing his parents after the change. But he couldn’t avoid it any longer. So he opened the front door.

He saw his mom first. Opening the door for her, she had a warm smile on her face as she bent down and picked him up, asking how her little boy was. She gave him a big kiss on his cheek. Eddie sensed that she wasn’t being condescending or anything like that. She was showing true warmth and affection that any mother would show her child. Eddie was eye level with her and told her that everything was going great (a lie), and he wanted to know how she was doing.

She looked at her son and said that she found a house that she liked, and was thinking about moving her and his father there. That jolted Eddie from his warm feelings. Apparently, in this world, if the women decides the family is moving, that’s it, the family moves. No discussion, nothing.

Once him mom put Eddie down he saw his sister, Jennifer. God, he thought, his little sister, seven years younger, was just as big as Brenda. She bent her knees to be as close to his eye level as possible, and gave him a big hug. She asked him how he was doing, and he told her the same thing as he told his mom.

Once Jennifer stood back up, it was very disconcerting for Eddie to be looking straight at his sister’s belly button. It was definitely a surreal experience. But once he looked past her, he saw his dad, Joe.

His father had a warm smile and hugged his son, and started talking. It was then that Eddie saw Robert, his brother-in-law, and apparently Jennifer’s man. He shook his hand. By that time, Brenda had returned from the bedroom, where she had gone to change out of her work clothes. The women congregated to the sofa in the living room, leaving the men the option of the dining room, or the bedroom to talk.

Eddie noticed that both his father and Robert looked really happy with how their lives were. Silently, Eddie thought that if they only knew. But Eddie asked Joe about his mom’s decision to move to the shore. Joe said he was excited. He had always dreamed of walking with his wife on the beach at sunset.

Eddie didn’t know his dad was a romantic at heart. But he saw nothing but happiness in his father’s eyes, and Eddie gave him a hug and told him to enjoy those walks.

He then asked Robert how he was doing. Robert told him that Jennifer got them an apartment when she started working at a law firm, but now she was looking for a house. Law firm? Eddie reminded Robert that his sister was only 17 years old. Robert looked at him funny. He told Eddie that girls graduate high school at 15. Did he forget? Eddie was trying to process what Robert had told him. He knew the entire world changed. He just never thought about how schools would change. Robert further explained that boys graduate at 18. Eddie didn’t know how to reply, so he just nodded his head like he temporarily forgot and then remembered. But to Eddie, Robert looked as happy as his father did. Who was he to rain on their parade.

Eddie heard Brenda calling him from the living room, so the three men went out together. Brenda told Eddie to get the menu from the table, and once the women decided what they wanted, it was the men’s turn. Brenda made the call and paid with her credit card. 40 minutes later, the meal was delivered.

Eddie set the table, while Joe and Robert brought the food out to the kitchen. The women all took their seats. The men had their own chairs, each equipped with a booster to let them sit more level with the women.

After dinner, the women went back out to the living room, while the men cleaned up. Eddie made coffee and the guys took cups out to their women. And then they went back out to the kitchen. After a couple of hours, Elaine, Eddie’s mom, said it was time to leave. And so the goodbyes were said, hugs and kisses were given, and Brenda and Eddie watched Jennifer drive away.

Eddie closed the door, then took Brenda’s large hand in his. She looked at him, unsure what he was doing. Eddie told her that he was sorry for cheating on her. He loved her more than anything, and it was his stupidity that caused her pain. He told her that his father and Robert looked so happy in this new world, that he was willing to give it try if it would make her happy. Eddie had small tears running down his cheeks.

Brenda heard his words and saw his emotions, and started crying too. She said that yes, he did hurt her. But she explained to him that she honestly didn’t know about what Ezmeralda was planning to do until just before it happened. She knew that he would have a tough time adjusting.

But Brenda told him that she loved him too, and with that she picked him up and took him to the bedroom. Suddenly, pent up passion was released. Eddie got to finally explore Brenda’s new, larger body. And he loved what he saw. She was proportioned the same as when he married her, only larger. He explored every area of her body, causing her to moan from sweet spots that Eddie was reaching.

And then she lost control and lifted him up to be closer to her and basically ravaged his body until he passed out. Eddie had much better dreams than the night before. He had finally started to accept his new life.

End Notes:

I am kind of toying around with the idea of making this a kind of anthology series. But I'm not sure, as I would have to take great care in making sure that each story is as different from the first one.
