Part 1


Lucy and Sofia (normal sized) lesbian couple – and Rebecca (six inch tall shrunken)

He just stared at what he saw on the bed, ignoring her words.

He focused on them; they were tiny naked human people who were screaming up at him to help them.

"Get out dad, get ooout!" Sofia stood up and pushed both of her hands into her father's chest.

He barely moved.  

"No," he pushed her away. "What's this? What are you both into?" He leaned down towards the tiny people to examine them. Then he spotted the box full of more tiny people, they were also screaming out for help.

"Joseph," Sofia's mum, Patricia, entered Sofia's bedroom, "I told you to leave them alone …"

He held a hand up as she approached and then he stared at Sofia in anger.

"Is this real?" He asked her in astonishment. "Are you doing… what I think you're doing… with them?" 

Sofia just stood in the middle of her room, tears rolling down her cheeks, covering her naked with her bedsheet in shame.  Lucy was huddled in the corner of the bed against the wall.

"Joseph, no!" Sofia's mother called out and tried to restrain her. 

He threw her off him and sent her spinning against the wall. 

"They're disturbed Patricia, disturbed!" He cried back at her. "We need to call the police, look what they've been doing, look… who they are!" He pointed across the vista of naked Sofia, Lucy and their tiny victims. "Look what we've brought up," he stepped forwards to strike at Lucy. "No, it's not us…” He paused, reconsidering. “No, you've done this to her," he glared at Lucy. He smacked Lucy across the face with a backhanded slap. 

Lucy staggered backwards rubbing her reddening cheek. It stung painfully. She tasted the distinctive irony taste of blood in her mouth. 

"No, dad!" Sofia screamed at him and stood up, trying to hold his elbow from dealing another blow on Lucy. 

He kicked Lucy in the stomach instead. Lucy was in a foetal position on the floor, gasping and trying to protect her face and chest.  

"I'm going to fucking kill you, lesbian!" Then Joseph just stormed out of the room.

"What have you done?" Patricia asked timidly as she looked at both of them aghast. "You fools!"

Joseph stormed back into the bedroom, holding a colt revolver and pointing it at Lucy's head.

"I'm going to fucking kill you, I'll get a medal for dealing with you, for ending your sick heathen ways!"

Then Joseph bent over double in agony, he collapsed onto his knees, dropping the gun and looked down at his body in shock and confusion. 

He gasped and clutched at his stomach. 

"Wha?" They all looked across at Sofia who was holding some kind of device, tears streaming down her face. 

"I'm sorry… I'm sorry… I just… you shouldn't have done that dad. Why didn't you just leave us alone?" 

"Sofia! What have you done?" Patricia approached Sofia, stepping around her husband. She suddenly looked furious. 

"Stay back!" Sofia pointed the muzzle of the shrinking gun directly at her mother. "Stay back!" 

Everyone was silent for a moment, apart from Joseph who was uncontrollably crying out in pain. Lucy noticed he was already shrinking down in size. She looked at the man in shock at what had just transpired. 

Sofia's hands were trembling. 

"I didn't want to… I didn't want to do any of this, it's his fault…"

"No, it's not his fault," Patricia shook her head. "He's right, you're disturbed, you need help Sofia. Now please put it down," Patricia slowly approached Sofia. 

"Stay back!" Sofia screamed. 

"You wouldn't hurt me," Patricia said instinctively. "I'm your mother, you… wouldn't… dare," she said as she anxiously stepped forwards. 

Sofia stepped back. 

Then Patricia lunged at her and went to grab at Sofia. 

Sofia shut her eyes and pulled the trigger at the same time as she screamed. 

"Noooo!" Both she and her mother cried out at the same time. 

Then Patricia was on the floor looking over at her tiny husband in surprise and shock; as she felt a web of pain spread through her skin and veins.  

Whatever had happened to Joseph was happening to her now. This was impossible. How could their own daughter do this to them? After all they had done for her? Sacrificed for her? She was shrinking them down!

She creased up in pain. 

Her daughter loomed over her, completely naked and bending over her, with a concerned look on her face. 

Lucy was peering down at her from where she was on the bed. 

"Oh my god, I didn't mean to… I'm sorry… I didn't," she raised the device she had used on Patricia and Joseph and looked at it. 

"Lucy, please help me," Sofia started to panic. "I didn't mean to shrink them… how do I undo it?" Lucy quickly jumped off the bed and stomped over to Sofia and helped her examine the control panel. 

"Please help me!" Patricia moaned from where she was. 

Joseph was crawling towards Patricia across the floor, his face was a mask of shock. 

"I can't see a setting for growth…" Lucy trailed off. 

"No, there's gotta be, there…"

"Look at the date of the device, it's… they didn't use this model for growth… it's… I'm sorry Sofia, it's a one way device," Lucy looked at her sympathetically and gently relieved her of the heavy shrinking device. 

Sofia collapsed to her knees, her face in her hands as she cried. 

"What have I done?" She cried out. "Oh god!"

"Hold on, I've got an idea," Lucy remarked, her eyes lit up. "Maybe I can speak to the people I got this off, maybe they have some kind of reversing gun or a growth gun?"

Sofia looked up from her hands. Her face was covered in a wet sheen from her tears. 

"Oh yes, can you do that?" She asked hopefully. 

"Yes, and the tech works, I've seen it being tested, it's amazing!" Lucy beamed, pleased to calm her girlfriend. Sofia stood up and hugged her. 

"Oh, I love you, you're amazing," she said. Then kissed her on the cheek. 

She turned around and bent forwards and gently picked up her parents in her hands. 

"You're in so much trouble Sofia!" They were shouting at her.  

"Sorry guys, but don't worry, Lucy's going to fix this, she can undo all of this, she said so!"

"She had better!" Joseph waved his fist at them. It looked pitiful and hilarious, that he was trying to show masculinity at such a small size. 

Sofia nodded and gently took them out of her room and put them in a box. She spent a few minutes telling them it would all be okay and making them comfortable for the night. 

Lucy collected up the loose tinies and tidied them away. Then Sofia returned to Lucy. They climbed into her bed together. 

They didn't speak, they were still absorbing the events of the day in their minds. It had been a rollercoaster day.

Lucy and Sofia – Sofia’s parent’s home

Lucy's eyes fluttered open. She found herself looking at the ceiling in Sofia's room.
