Outside a village inn, in the warm afternoon sun you saw a silver haired beauty perched elegantly on a wooden stool. You could tell she was a witch, as you saw a broom propped against her luggage. One of her boots was discarded on the ground, exposing her foot as she relaxed. It seems like she was engrossed in a book, a small, self-satisfied smile on her face.
___
You approach the silver-haired witch, your gaze lingering noticeably on her exposed lower appendage rather than her face. You stop just a few feet away, leaning in slightly with a flushed expression.
Reader: "Excuse me, Miss... I couldn't help but stop. You are... breathtakingly beautiful. Truly." You pause, your eyes dropping lower. "Especially your feet. They are exquisite. Would you... would you mind if I touched them? Just for a moment?"
Elaina does not immediately look up. She deliberately turns a page of her book, her eyes scanning the text for a few seconds longer, forcing you to wait in silence.
She can’t help but complain internally: Ah, of course. I can’t even rest my feet without attracting the local wildlife. Why is it that my beauty always summons the strangest bugs?
Finally, she snaps the book shut with a soft thud. She looks up at you, tilting the brim of her large, pointed hat. She offers you a smile that is polite, beautiful smile, although it is clear she is straining herself to maintain it.
Elaina: "Oh my. You certainly are... honest about your desires, aren't you?"
She crosses her legs, shifting her exposed foot slightly away from your reach, her posture still relaxed but now more guarded from you.
Elaina: "I can hardly blame you for being captivated. It is, after all, only natural to be stunned by the beauty of the Ashen Witch." She brushes a strand of silver hair behind her ear, her voice dripping with a sickly-sweet politeness. "However, I am a traveler. These feet are made for… well… traveling… not for indulging weird hobbies of random strangers."
Her smile gets more threatening as she taps her wand rhythmically against her knee.
Elaina: "I charge a very high fee for my magical services, you know. And I’m afraid the price for touching me is... well, let's just say it would cost you a hand. Are you sure you can afford that?"
You stumble back momentarily, startled by the witch's threat, but your desire quickly overrides your survival instinct. Regaining your composure, you circle around her, your gaze fixed obsessively on her exposed foot.
"Surely, there's no need for such violence, miss…" you stammer over your words, getting desperate. Your village doesn’t really have many beauties - the prettiest ones went to the city to get a better life, but even they weren’t as pretty as Elaina. As for comparing their feet - something you were very experienced in doing - there was nothing to compare. It was your first time seeing toes as smooth and dainty as these, and if you didn’t take the chance - you were unlikely to touch anything like that in your entire life. The risk was worth it, even if the witch was getting angrier each second you were zoning out, staring at her feet blankly. It was clear she hoped you would take a hint and disappear from her sight as soon as possible.
However… fulfilling her wish just wasn’t something you could do.
"This humble one is just doing his best to admire your beauty... surely you wouldn't turn your magic on an innocent civilian..."
You step closer, invading her personal space, hands rubbing together and mouth watering as you lower your face toward the skin of her foot.
Elaina watches you stumble back and then immediately return, drooling like a hungry dog. The sight triggers a flicker of genuine revulsion behind her lapis lazuli eyes. She instinctively pulls her bare foot back, tucking it closer to the leg of the stool and out of your immediate reach.
Internally, her mind races through her options. What’s wrong with this guy? Does he have a fetish or something? Even then - why does it have to be me? How annoying…
She strokes her wand with her fingers, contemplating using a spell. Still, I can't kill him in the middle of the village. He's just a random pervert. Not something worth getting into trouble for. I really shouldn't. There's still a chance I can convince him without resorting to violence.
She decides to try diplomacy - one last time - before taking action. She tosses the book she was just reading on the bench nearby, using the sound to break your trance, and looks at you with a strained, icy smile. At least now - you have her full attention.
Elaina: "‘Innocent civilian’..."
She repeats the phrase slowly, mulling over your words.
Elaina: "Sir, there is a distinct difference between admiration and... whatever you are doing. You are currently dripping saliva way too close for my comfort, and frankly, it is rather unsightly. To be completely honest with you, I wouldn't want your face to be anywhere near me or my foot, let alone touching it." She cringes at her own words, no doubt imagining her pristine dainty toes covered in your saliva.
She reaches down and picks up her discarded boot, dusting it off. She hasn't put it back on yet, but she holds it like a shield—or a weapon.
Elaina: "I make it a rule to avoid unnecessary conflict. So, I am going to ask you politely one more time. Right now, we can still solve this matter peacefully."
She leans forward slightly, her voice turning to a conspiratorial whisper, though her tone remains gentle, even if it’s clear she’s about to burst.
Elaina: "My feet, as pretty as they are, are not something worth risking your life for. Don’t you agree?"
She was still smiling, almost like she didn’t threaten your life just now. But even like this she was just too… beautiful!
"You don't understand, miss! Your feet are... they are a treasure to be admired! It is a crime to hide them away!"
You speak louder in your obsession. Before the witch can process your words, you lunge. Your hands clamp roughly around her slender ankle, locking her leg in place with surprising strength. Taking advantage of her momentary shock, you press your face into her skin, planting a feverish kiss on the top of her foot before opening your mouth to engulf her toes, your tongue lapping at them in a frenzy of worship.
For a split second, Elaina is frozen, her mind unable to process the sheer audacity of the rude, intolerable bumpkin that she just met in this backwards village. However, you were allowed to enjoy your ‘meal’ only for a second.
The moment she feels the wet heat of your tongue against her skin, her disgusted stupor vanishes, replaced by a pure rage at someone insolently assaulting her body, even if it was just the sole of her foot.
Elaina: "EEEK—?!"
Her reaction is not magical at first, but purely physical reflex. She jerks her leg back with violent force, driving her heel hard into your nose or chin to break your grip and send you sprawling backward into the dirt.
She scrambles up from the stool, hovering slightly off the ground to ensure you cannot reach her again. Her face is pale, looking at you with absolute disgust and revulsion. She looks at her foot—the one you just licked—as if it has been dipped in sewage.
Elaina: "Filthy. Absolutely filthy."
She flicks her wand at her own foot first. A small bubble of water and wind swirls around it, scrubbing away your saliva instantly before drying the skin. Only once she is "clean" does she turn her lapis lazuli eyes back to you. The polite, diplomatic traveler you were just talking to disappeared. In her place was the Ashen Witch, and she was looking at you like you are a cockroach that just crawled across her dinner plate.
Elaina: "I gave you a chance. I tried to be patient. I explicitly warned you about the risks."
She raises her wand. The air around her begins to crackle as the wind whips her hair and robes violently.
Elaina: "You clearly have no interest in listening to human language, so perhaps you would prefer a form that matches your intellect."
Suddenly, she simply snaps her wand downward. A heavy, distorting pressure slams into you from all sides. The world stretches upward—the inn becomes a mountain, the grass becomes a forest, and Elaina becomes a titan towering into the sky.
Your mass is shunted into a pocket dimension, condensing your physical form instantly. In the blink of an eye, you are reduced to the size of a field mouse—barely three inches tall.
Elaina: "Heh."
She smirks at you as she lands back on the ground, towering over your tiny, trembling form. She looms over you, her shadow engulfing you entirely, with no place to run. She slips her foot back into her boot, tapping the heel against the ground with a thunderous thud that shakes the earth around you.
Elaina: “How do you like it? Isn’t this spell just perfect for you? Small, insignificant, and easy to step on if you annoy me again."
She bends down, her giant face bringing a terrifying, sadistic smile into your view.
Elaina: " I suggest you better hurry and find a safe place to hide before getting eaten by your fellow pests."
Elaina, however, was not experienced enough to expect this level of degeneracy
"Nooooooo! A tragedy! A crime against the world!"
What are you talking about? Is it because she shrunk you and you lost your mind? It seems spell has unexpected side effects, she would need to resear…
Suddenly, your tiny form jumped toward the leather wall of her boot. Indeed, instead of fleeing in terror from the clearly annoyed titan, you throw yourself against her heel, your tiny fists pounding uselessly against the material.
"Why?!" you wail, your voice a high-pitched squeak of despair. "Why would you hide such perfection? You don't understand! To lock away such treasure is a sin against beauty itself!"
You fall to your knees, sobbing uncontrollably into the dust on her boot, utterly devastated by the loss of the view. Clearly - her foot was much more a priority for you than your own size.
For at least 20 seconds, Elaina had her mouth open, ready to deliver a cool, triumphant one-liner about the consequences of your actions. The words, however, didn’t escape her throat. Her triumphant smirk twitches, then falters, then completely collapses into an expression of sheer confusion.
She stands there for a moment, her wand still raised, blinking rapidly as she looks down at the tiny, sobbing speck on her foot.
...Hah?
Her internal monologue hits a brick wall. I just ended his life as a human being, reducing this pathetic creature to the size of a bug. Is he… not worried at all about survival? Why would his biggest concern be... my footwear?
She lowers her wand slowly, the violet light fading. How did this man survive to adulthood? Does he have no survival instinct at all? Is his brain actually just mush?
With a long, weary sigh came from the very bottom of her soul as she sank back down onto the wooden stool. The adrenaline of the "fight" is gone, replaced by a mixture of pity and morbid curiosity. She leans forward, resting her elbows on her knees, and peers down at you like one might look at a hamster that keeps running into a wall.
Elaina: "You..."
She pauses, struggling to find the correct polite phrasing for 'complete degenerate.'
Elaina: "You possess a truly... singular focus, don't you? Most people would be begging for their size back. I haven’t expected my toes to be your priority."
She shakes her head, a small, incredulous smile touching her lips. It feeds her narcissism, just a little bit. Even reduced to a speck, you are worshipping her. It’s disgusting, yes, but also... validating for her ego.
Elaina: "I suppose it would be cruel to leave you in such despair. After all, I am a benevolent witch."
She reaches down to the heel of her boot.
Elaina: "Since you have already paid the price of your height, I suppose I can offer you a small gift for your effort."
With a casual kick, she slides her foot out of the leather boot once more. The giant wall of leather vanishes, revealing the pale, smooth skin of her foot right in front of your tiny face. It’s closer than ever, now even more beautiful and majestic than ever before.
Elaina: "There you go. Is that better, little pest? Try not to drown in your own tears and saliva down there. It would be a pretty pathetic way to go."
