Summary: Finally; I've been waiting oh-so-very-very-long for the Undertale fandom to finally make this joke into a full-fledged reality, and now it's FINALLY here.

Gushing aside, however, this is a very simple, short and straightforward story; basically, Alphys gets infected with a slew of ghost-Chara-clone parasites that literally end up giving her the Undertale equivalent of cancer. Therefore, Undyne and Papyrus, who both have not even the first clue what properly trained surgery is, end up having to venture inside her body and its various internal organs in order to get them out.

Needless to say, all manner of awkwardness and hilarity ensue XD
