Hello, glad you enjoyed! Yes, he did die in her shoe and the next chapter will make that more clear. hopefully I'll have it done tomorrow. sorry for the confusion. First time ever writing a death scene and didn't want to make it too gory, but I see how it was too vague now. Thank you for the feedback, it really helps! :)
