This last chapter seemed a little... contradictory to me. Heather is apparently best friends with someone who thinks nothing of crushing someone and licking the crushed person off her hands, she herself nearly killed Chris by using him as a toy (after outright killing someone else for no good reason and stuffing another one into her purse), but she's horrified at an equally-tortured voice crying for help or death from Sandra's purse? It doesn't add up at all to me.
Author's Response: Allow me to explain. Heather may be a violent GTS, but she has a tinge of good in her...and, compared to Sandra, she isn't nearly as cruel. This chapter is supposed to convey that Sandra has done something so horrible that even the 'evil' Heather is horrified by it...the idea is to put Sandra over as a real bitch.
