Velasco, my man, the long-awaited review is here and I'm ready to disappoint. Let's get right into it, shall we?
First thoughts are that I love your commitment to a fantasy setting that truly feels like it was tenderly crafted by a true D&D diehard dungeon master. Your world feels lived-in and provides a stable backdrop for the events of the story.
While I fully admit I'm not crazy about orcs and other non-humans in my size smut, your writing is solid and I still enjoyed it despite that. You characterize your cast of players well. They each feel unique and purposeful in the narrative, even if they do somewhat adhere to stock types (fantasy is built on that, after all) to some extent. You address the topic of sexism in fantasy head-on which I thought was particularly worthy of recognition.
You've constructed a rich meal here, and while I mat not have been personally titillated by your work as much as others might, your craft was strong enough to keep me engaged and interested in seeing more. Well done!
