The short length of each part, and the delay between uploads makes it difficult to follow this story and remember what happened previously. The fact this began in 2023 makes me wonder how you're able to keep the plot and characters in your head when you're working on so many other stories between then and now; it looks like you double-posted Part 9 of Day 4 twice.
In any case, this story caught my attention since I enjoy the premise of slow shrinking to nano-scale with hopefully gentle and aware body exploration interactions when there's an extreme size difference between partners, though I suspect with the tags, it's going to be unaware when John reaches nano-scale. I'm surprised by how long Day 4 has lasted when I'm hoping to read into Day 5 and beyond. I checked out your SubscribeStar, and the tiers and pricing make little to no sense to me. I only noticed entries for Days 8~9 and 6~7 on that website but they're locked behind a 15.50 USD paywall. Though, seeing the words 'Re-growth' and the handheld tag for Day 8~9 isn't what I expected to see from a slow shrink story.
In any case, I'm looking forward to when this story is completed, or available at a much more reasonable price to read. I'll be honest that the quality of writing for this latest part isn't motivating me to pull out my wallet to spend 15.50 USD to read pussy and giant used repetitively, I don't feel much love or passion in the description of your size fetish erotica. It doesn't feel like you were particularly inspired or motivated when you wrote these parts.

I think this is a great story, regardless the mislabeling. Maybe he will temporarily be shrunk to 6 inches? Whos to say but the author.
Writing in first person is oftentimes ill advised, but I think it is nice if you know the opportunity it can bring to a story. You could describe characters in the light of an unreliable narrator: someone who thinks a certain way about someone, where we the reader know better.
You can make the reader think they are reading one character's thoughts but you switched who the narrator is.
Take it as a grain of salt, these tropes can be abused/misused.
Onto the story: I adore the intentional shrinking, even if the dude didn't know the effects, he downed the serum just to make a point. I find that incredibly sexy. Perhaps lean into it? "I drank it because I didn't want to get you caught" or " I'm already a useless, jobless oaf, I might as well take up less space" The dude is clearly depressed and in need of some consoling.
Those are my stream of thoughts. Thanks for posting. I'm generally happy with the story and the interactions between the couple.

I've corrected the tags, he goes through all of these heights down to micro/ nano size, and then it leads to him getting taken to a lab and then... No, I can't spoil it, you'll have to find out...
In terms of the perspective and first person, it's my only story I have written so far like this and I thought it was interesting to try and experiment with it.
I like your ideas of exploring his psyche about why he shrank and I was trying to explore his depression and his lack of job making him feel worthless, thus the shrinking being a bit of a blatant and in your face metaphor (sorry about that).
In the next parts I was thinking of exploring the dynamic of his wife's sister finding him.... exploring this new power dynamic, perhaps it shifts from a caring and loving wife to a jealous single sister who wants what her sister has and potentially misuses her newfound power. I wonder what people's thoughts about this would be...?
