Definitely a fitting offshoot to Conquest of Earth! I'm interested to see how Doug influences the Aelmari that he's been forced into contact with, and like in the original story he finds himself as the patron of sorts for giant warrior catgirls who would have gladly shoved him up their assess. 

I don't doubt Doug will make the same decision Jim did in the original story, he wants to see the universe and get into some wild adventures! The universe is an all you can eat buffet of riches and adventure, here's hoping Doug and his newfound "friends" find their way into it.
