It was well written , but I can't help but feel the ending somewhat betrays what the initial chapter had been reinforcing. The delicious and callous cruelty of shrinking your wife to engage in an affair was half the fun! Having Jessica ultimately come out on top may match the emotional arc of a more typical story, but for a size story it just undercut the warm and fuzzy feelings the first two chapters gave me.
To be clear, again, the writing itself was good. As well , understand you probably wanted a particular ending. Take this suggestion or leave it, but how would you feel about an alternate ending where Jessica doesn't grow back and instead shrinks smaller or simply gets crushed?
