It certainly has a great premise! Though I think the writing could be improved if you adopted a show, don’t-tell policy. Instead of saying how alluring he finds her, give a description of her and move on. Or instead of including a paragraph about how the MCs could keep things professional or not, simply show us through the story's natural development. Don't get me wrong, it's a fun concept. The writing simply takes me out of it. 

I'd also take more time with the dialogue. It's difficult to put into words what it is exactly, but it feels artificial. Like it's missing the natural cadence, tone, and word choice of how people talk. Just my two cents as a fellow writer.

I'm loving it already! Curious tho how the other actors will treat him.
