My experience with this story and these characters over the last 4 days have been wild. I first discovered this story and I was immediately enthralled by the writing skills and the sense of scale I could tell this story was one I would be in for the long haul. So I decided to stop reading at chapter 7 of this story and read your previous work to enjoy the original first before I can truly have fun with the remake and let me tell you best decision I’ve made all 2025. The old draft of resonance has done something no story on this sight has made me do and that’s cry and recommend it to my freinds. The ending to the original draft honestly destroyed me in a good way. Me having read your original draft has made me look at this story in a whole new light. I can see your writing skills have heavily improved to make the story more streamlined and concise. I have also noticed some changes so I’m really exited to see where the story goes and hopefully I take the ending to this story way better than the last one. I want to thank you for sharing this with us and taking your time to show us your craft and how your mind works. I am truly honored to have been able to find and a read your work

Thank you for you kind words. I, too, like the idea of this story reaching a greater audience that is outside of our macrophilia space. I hope to improve in this revised version where as the original story faltered, specifically more world explorations and side characters build ups. I simply hope I could accomplish my intention and do this story justice. :)

You have really managed to bring this world of yours to life (or is it worlds?) I'm quite invested in the character Jin. I'm a romantic at heart so I really feel for Reika's loss of humanity and I am hoping Jin can rekindle that within her. (I just finished chapter 5). I am surprised there are not more reviews here. So if others are reading this review...

I swear, this story gets better and better with each chapter. Rin! I missed Rin so much! Reika and Jin are also finally developing in how they interact with each other, which is so nice to see! Like Jin says, it's great to see the cracks in her armor. That final interaction? Peak. Absolutely peak. But I feel like this is the calm before the storm...

There are going to be a lot of non-macrophilia chapter moving forward.I feel like that is the only way to make this story grounded now. Think it as Attack on Titans, the GTS moment pretty much only exist in the battles now.

What I can promise though, is really cool secondary characters development and much more engaging plot!

What else can I say other than... this is peak! Seriously, this chapter was even better than the last one! Something I always wondered about was Reika's slaves and whatever was their deal in the last story. I'm glad they're being developed here, and what a development it is! It's better than anything I could have asked for!

I love Kaoru and I'm sure Jin and him will become good friends. I love Aika as well! She's so adorable and I hope Jin and her can develop a nice friendship too. And poor Toma! Though I fear for his life in the coming chapters... but who knows, haha!

The onsen scene was beautiful. Every scene with Reika here was amazing, but that one definitely takes the cake. Also, Jin, you idiot! You ruined it!

I love their relationship, but everything must feel so overwhelming for poor Jin. She's his friend, but she's a goddess, she's gentle but she's teasing and dominant and cruel, everyone says he's a toy, she even said he was more of a passing interest, though I think that's more her trying to convince herself of it. Now that Jin appeared, she doesn't want to ruin who she became with who she once was. But go, Jin, fight that good fight! Realize you love her and bring her back! Boy's selfless, but too shy lol

But yeah, everything must be more than overwhelming to the poor man. So many confusing thoughts and signals must be running through his head. We're cheering for you, Jin!

This remake is splendid and I can't wait for what more you have prepared.

Yes, all secondary characters are going to be much more prominent in this story since we are going for an epic fantasy feel.  
We will also be exploring the land of the demon realm. Reika's Kokuyo (Black Radiance), Kaida's Goen (Crimson Calamity), Mayume's Mukui (Dream-Eater).
It's honestly insanely fun for me to write Reika as well, especially the Reika with almost no restraint at the beginning of the story (she's even more unhinged in the next chapter). But yeah as the story goes on, characters need to grow yada yada, reika would become less fun. So it's a good thing we have other queens that can do exactly that ;)

I wonder if this is somehow the universe where Jin thought it was worth it to do it all over again, maybe for a different ending haha. Thank you for the chapter! I noticed they're all way longer and richer than in the last story. You improved a lot! Reika is hot as usual. Time to lie awake in bed filled with emotions thanks to this fic again.
