As the characters of the first story I ever wrote, the characters from The Origin are all really raw and definitely have room for improvement, but I'm glad that there are readers that appreciate them. I was really ambitious and went really hard on The Origin and the characters in spite of my inexperience, and I have many regrets about how I wrote certain things, but that experience also helped improve my writing.

I was wondering how the story could get serious and have stakes if ryemi is around. Since she can basically fix everything and defeat anyone. But with her growing beyond the universe she could be taken out the picture.
Though I'm sure she's still going to be monitoring things. Like if she was completely by herself in the void with no interaction with people at all, then she would go insane.
Though maybe any potential villian could somehow prevent ryemi from interfering, now that ryemi will take herself out the universe. Maybe some absurdly advanced tech is involved from millions of years of advancement or a power from other universes.
Thougn I still don't get why ryemi is choosing between two fresh graduates to be grand goddess instead of the far more experienced goddesses that she actually knows. Like from her point of view, mimi would be the sensible choice since mimi is her mother and even has a great domain for it. Or even melody or Lucy would be good choices.
Though speaking of domains, I wonder what domain Sarah and aya will get, or will ryemi just give them a domain that allows them to do grand goddess duties . Since you said things are going to get serious and there will be huge consequences, im predicting Aya will pull something, though she doesn't seem that bad so far. Maybe Sarah's adoptive father will come in to play somehow.
By the way I'm pretty sure mimi is still around, does she visit ryemi often and are also if fae can completely heal planets at a time, are diseases just not really a huge threat anymore lol, like her domain is one of the best for helping people, though fae does kind of remove stakes as well, unless its goddesses who are dying

When I mentioned the story would get more serious, I didn't mean in the same universe-threatening sense like in The Origin. After all, there really aren't that many chapters left. You'll have to keep reading to see what I'm talking about.
As for why Ryemi is choosing between the two of them...it's probably coz nobody else is willing to take up the responsibility. She has mentioned that she'd been preparing for this for a long time, so she has probably already approached many existing Goddesses before, as well as previous batches of graduates.
Fae does remove stakes to some extent, but she can't be everywhere so that's the issue. Her healing powers are unique and Ryemi is the only one able to somewhat reproduce what she can do. That being said, technology and medicine has advanced a lot, so perhaps diseases aren't as much of a problem as they are anymore.

I see that the breastmilk thing makes a return lol. After part 1, it's not really mentioned again, like Percy and the rest of the school who were going to have some kind of effects from iggys milk, just disappeared lol. Does goddess breastmilk still give humans unique effects?
Also poor aria, she was so in love. Though Liam really went through 3 months of living on a nipple and maintaining a fake relationship, just to blow it all in a couple sentences lmao.
What was Liams crime? Also Cynthia actually getting flustered by aria calling her a boyfriend less virgin was hilarious, especially with how cold she was last chapter.

Goddess breastmilk does contain many divine effects, and consuming it will generally produce many random and wild side-effects for humans(especially the females). This is true for Percy and the rest(although I decided not to expand on their fate too much), and this is still true today. If properly processed and in small doses, Goddess breastmilk can have benefits to humans though, so while consuming pure breastmilk is still considered dangerous, it is not rare for it to be consumed indirectly in certain worlds(depending on the consent of the Goddess).
We won't see much of Liam anymore so I'll just reveal it here I guess: he was convicted for having illicit sexual relationships with a minor.
I wanted to show a more protective, older sisterly side of Cynthia, to highlight the close bond the girls now share after nearly a year together.

I'm surprised ryemi came up with something so dark and kind of cruel even if they are criminals. Making them all violently murder each other probably isn't the best way for rehabilitation lol.
I think Cynthia lost all chances of becoming a goddess when raydon himself said that he sure as well wouldn't want to live on her. Though the scene of her crushing them all was awesome.
Aya seems to have gotten the nicest criminals ever lol, though of course Aya has been great with them. Even if her true personality is cold, it she gets her own world, she can't really be cruel.
Since she will be massive and the world will have cameras and internet etc so everything she does will be recorded, so they could easily complain to ryemi or other goddesses if she was cruel. Have there been goddesses who abused their role after they got worlds on their chest?

Well, Ryemi didn't come up with the entire lesson plan on her own, but she probably has knowledge of it.
Interesting question about Goddesses abusing their power. It was mentioned that Goddesses have a large level of autonomy over how they run their worlds, but there are probably a lot of lines that they aren't able to cross(though some areas are more grey than others). Goddesses probably can abuse their power to some degree, but not to the level of complete depravity you would imagine. And, although it hasn't been mentioned yet, humans are offered the freedom to move between worlds if they have the money to. This, coupled with the points you already mentioned, make it even less likely for Goddesses to strive for anything other than proper governance.

This whole chapter was hilarious. I never thought Sarah was so innocent that she didn't even know how to pleasure herself lol.
Also first raydon felt her up a few chapters ago and now she's screaming his name in her very first orgasm. What a beautiful romance lmao.
Ryemi was also hilarious, this seems like an iggy situation as iggy acts very young despite being over 10 000 years old at the time, but in this case millions of years old.
Though this and aya being able to pass the interview despite her true nature, does show that despite her power, ryemis mind is still that of a normal person so she is not invincible in every way, maybe someone could exploit that.
Also its good to see ryemi is as nice as ever and that the last chapter of after stories with ren, gave her the wake up call she needed.

Yes Ryemi's mind is still functionally the same as a normal girl's even after millions of years. She may be omnipotent in many ways, but she isn't quite omniscient just yet.
As for Sarah, she's pretty young and naive, but that also gives her the most room to grow. She will probably be the one who changes the most once this story concludes.

Nice way of having some giantess crushing even in a slice of life gentle setting lol. This was a great chapter.
I assumed the people on those continents must have been getting paid extremely well or something, before it was revealed they were criminals lol. Though criminals they sure seem really nice considering how they acted with Aya lmao
Seeing ryemi destroy everything with just her heartbeat was awesome, it really gets across just how powerful she is even when compared to other goddesses.
Also I forgot to mention this in the chapter with fae. But fae being around makes it more likely that Ren and Ryan are still around since either ryemi or fae could have helped with their aging. And ren being around would let us know if ren and ryemi got together. The last chapter in after stories did mend their friendship which is fantastic but ryemi was still clearly in love with ren and ren is pretty much living with ryemi and even making a religion around her, despite dating another woman lol.
I feel like ren was paired with melody just so we could see adorable jealous ryemi, though her jealously is probably half the reason ryemi treated ren so poorly before she made up with him. Is ren still around or did he pass away after all. Also did ren and ryemi get together?

Aging for the male characters hasn't really been a topic that I've touched on that much, but as of now, the only power that has been shown to be able to reverse aging was Chrophemus's power. Besides that, you can assume that it's impossible for men to achieve immortality for now. Hope that clears things up.

Damn she called raydon a speck in 3 different ways in just one conversation lol. Looks like she's the main villain of the story so far.
This really reminded of a scene from an anime called classroom of the elite, in it there's a character called Kushida who is also two faced like Aya, being cute in public but actually incredibly cold underneath. The main character walks in on her ranting her anger about someone and then notices the mc heard them. She then drops the act but then just before leaving, she goes all cute mode again as she says her farewell.

I haven't watched that anime before, but I have heard of it. The two-face trope is a pretty fun one and I wanted to try introducing a character like that. I did end up enjoying the experience of writing Aya, even though she is a mess of a character sometimes(all the time). Love her or hate her, you will probably see more of her in the future(I apologize in advance).

Poor Sarah lol, in the last chapter she was scared half to death when she thought ryemis finger might kill her and now she got mentally scarred thinking she killed raydon permanently.
Also does this mean that mimis talent for being a goddess was actually pretty trash lol. Since she was only around a 100km tall and she couldn't see humans properly even after a month and yet these girls are over 150 000km tall and are bring kicked out if they can't see a human after a day.

Well, Fae was living on her clitoris instead of directly inside her vagina, so that probably helped.
As for Fae's and Layla's story, perhaps I'll tell it another time.
Mimi is not that perceptive of a person I guess. Most of the girls chosen to be Goddess Candidates are the cream of the crop after all, and with the pool being a whole universe wide, it would stand to reason that the standards for such an important role would be sky high.

I didn't want her to be all serious even after a million years, because a core concept of Goddesses in this universe is that they never age-both in body and mind. Sure, she will gain more knowledge and experiences over time, but her personality will stay as youthful as it always has been. Her lighthearted demeanor is probably a product of her being sure of her place in the universe, no longer as anxious or worried about the future.
Ryemi theoretically might be able to revert a Goddess back into a human, but this process isn't one that is typically done, so for now all we can do is speculate I guess. Provisional Divinity is something a little different from true divinity and isn't quite as immutable, it will expire on its own after a while, as will be explored in future chapters.

Nice introduction of the characters. Aria's appearance reminds me of Mimi and Elara gives me iggy vibes in terms of appearance. Also confirmed that melody is still around lol.
Is the goddess that elara lives on going to be some kind of reveal since I noticed she never mentioned who it was. The only other person who didn't was Aya.
Speaking of Aya, casual huge reveal lol. She's from a whole different dimension and is the first character we see not created by Genesis at all. I wonder if divine power may has some hidden effects on her. Especially considering her nature later on, I feel that her being from another world will be pretty important.
Also her being isekaid by getting hit by a vehicle is hilarious. If it was some powerful being that caused her to come to this world then maybe it could possibly be something that could give even ryemi trouble. Though if it was the truck that isekais everyone then ryemi has no chance lmao

The Goddess Elara is from doesn't really matter I guess, sorry for disappointing you. It's a pretty short series so I won't be touching on most of the characters in that much depth.
As for Aya, yes she's a pretty obvious parody of the isekai trope. But, there may be more to her story than meets the eye. Much more. You will have to stay tuned.

Finally got around to reviewing this again lol. Anyway great chapter. Raydon feeling up her breasts and giving such a serious analysis was hilarious.
So all the goddesses live on ryemi and can go about their lives instead of having to float in space but still with billions of people living on them. I guess this may be a way of trying to atone for the atrocities they committed in the past and then it just stuck as the better way of doing things.
Also damn ryemi finally dethroned dark mimi for the largest being in the story lol. When I saw it was over a trillion km, I vaguely remembered a light year being in the trillions so I looked it up and saw it was around 9 trillion km. And then in after stories you actually mentioned light years. I'm a big fan of these sizes lol

Glad that you liked these sizes. More than a million years have passed since the events of The Origin, so the majority of Goddesses right now probably aren't the same ones involved(though some still stick around). I guess I didn't really touch too much on why humans migrated to the Goddesses' bodies in the story, but it's basically because it was way harder to find stable and livable planets that weren't susceptible to natural disasters or over-pollution.

Aya is pretty interesting. Wonder if she has some isekai perks(which can be why she's so good at handling her body). I'm certain that not many people in Tokyo have this talent. Also, she should know Reymi hears her. Even when she's in the toilet. She's literally ON HER. Interesting what she has to say about Reimi or the goddess that she lived on before.
Also, advice for handling sizes. You can just mark them as 1.67m * 10^8 aka(+8) somewhere in the notes( it wouldn't break impression of big numbers for a reader then. Yeah, I know 167 000 km is much more impressive than 1.67m(+8)).
But it's easier to understand how big someone is for someone.
Like Layla is 0.72(+7) at her normal size (btw where is she?) which is around 22 times smaller than average 'new goddess' and light goddess is 1.02(+5) which is roughly 70 times smaller than that.
From how Goddess school is located on Reimi's boob, I assume she's as big to goddesses as goddesses to humans? Aka 1.57(+16)?

I was browsing for new stories to read on the site and found this neat little piece. Oh boy! After finishing the latest chapter, I immediately went back to read The Origin 1 and 2 and the side stories.
This is an amazing universe you have built! This is one of the serieses on the site that really tells stories in such a grand scale (pun intended hehe), I am afraid only a few series rival it. Just amazing characters that makes me want to invest in! Looking forward to this new story unfolding!
p.s. I saw The Origin showing up in Most Recent a lot of times actually but I wasn't interested until I found out there's these anime images that help visualize these stories and oh, they really enhance the experience!
