no, although I could see how it could be interpreted that way in this chapter; I'll make a few changes to try to clarify that. She just suffers from a lot of emotional turmoil as a result of her upbringing, and I wanted to show that she is starting to develop healthier responses to those situations.

Thank you :) For the "Use available local authorities to resolve problems" directive, any real request would likely have been proxied to SACO. By minimizing options for direct contact they reduce risk to themselves and keep Sasha in a state of uncertainty (I think, at least). Sasha wouldn't let other people resolve her problems regardless though.

If Sasha isn't supposed to eliminate people anymore, she can still put them through hell and then return them to their position right? Like, she could turn the next guy she has a problem with into a butt plug, have some fun with Chloe, then send him back to his life thinking he is crazy and haunted by bad dreams.
Or maybe she can erase someone from the world's collective memory? Like there's no evidence they exist except her and Chloe remembering them?
I loved the panties transformation chapter, hope you do more transformed or tiny people encountering butts. Could see Sasha playfully shrinking Chloe on the couch and then sitting on her, acting like she didn't notice her as a flirty game
