Sorry I haven't reviewed this story yet... Because its very good, and light-hearted. Really anticipating where you take this tale. I kinda agree with Cary bout the landlady as far as just walking in but from experience that is a very realistic reaction for her to have, well done. Can't wait to see where you take this tale.

She could easily have reminded him of Rent Day the day beforehand! I think she just wanted to see why he had suddenly become a recluse. But, still, she could have just called and left a message (assuming he has a cellphone w/voicemail capability). Letting herself in with her key? Even for a landlady, that's borderline invasion of privacy!
Author's Response: Well...let's just say that she's a nosy parker and with the whole invasion of privacy; that's a plot device later on for when Scott's little and home alone.
