Tbh I'm hoping that whenever this story ends, hopefully not soon. That Julia gets a happy ending. Unlike a lot of the other stories Julia doesn't seem evil, just controlling and different. I don't think in the end she should get death or jail or shrunk herself.

Charlie has all the sensitivity of a ton of bricks! He might see getting raped by a giantess as one of the better things in _his_ life. But, there's no way Jack (or anybody else in their _right_ mind) would regard what Julia did as qualifying in that category. It was more like skydiving without a parachute! Something most people CAN legimately knock, as dangerously stupid, without first trying it!!

Charlie seems suspiciously cool, but I read him to be one of those "voice of the author" characters. I enjoy how he tries to calm Jack down by explaining Jack's gone where no man's gone before... er... in those proportions, of course. The guy's got a good head on his shoulders.
