This was a fresh twist on the genre.  The events had a nice logical flow that made me want to see what came next, and the grammar/construction was all neat and tidy.  If anything, I'd have been interested to see the story go on a little longer with Sarah experimenting with the doll before she did what she did, but the dark tone of that ending worked well given how short the story is.  Overall, a very solid piece here; well done.
