So… Thomasin was is still an active Omega and was at Oliver's reaping.  The question remains, who is orchestrating the resistance and is recruiting girls like Thomasin?  In who's house are Cam and Agnes sheltered?  The cat and mouse between the giantess and Cam was well done... his fear palpable.  Looking forward to fun at Grandma's house and who else may be visiting besides Sersei and our diminutive hero...

To paraphrase Lewis Carroll...things are getting seriouser and seriouser! Nor can I blame Stan for being both puzzled and frustrated. I, too, got almost all the coded message except for the squirrel part. I can only guess that it might be Deacon's way of saying "nut-eating vermin."

Squirrel was the code word Deacon and Stan shared toidentify themselves to one another, just the word, context is irrelevant.

The biggest clue to the future of the story in this chapter is the name Stanhope. Break it down.

There are some interesting clues dropped in this chapter.  Who was Mildred Stanhope?  Who was her male child?  Is it possible he could be Stan? We find out that Agatha Hall held such a high position in the cult that she was close to on par with the old bag Edith.  We also see that Edith is capable of plain old cold-blooded murder.  Now that we know that Agatha participated with Edith in the reaping of Mildred, it's a good bet that she knows the spells required to perform the rituals.  Is this the way out for Cam and Oliver?

For some strange reason, I just had a mental image of Oliver Scotch-taped to a bouncing rubber ball while Harmony is dressed like a rhythmic gymnast.

I gotta stop watching Olympic Channel.

Seriously, though: I compliment you on your continuing to be creative while remaining true to the general rule about _NOT_ depicting interactions with juvenile giantesses under age 16!

A rule that seems to be getting increasingly ignored. :-(

I havent read too many other stories of late and if the trend is indeed swinging toward an aqualung type site...might be time to pick my stories and go...

Seeing Stan in action as a classic tough guy is amazing in this genre. 

And everyone is rooting for him.  What a great character.

Oliver is proving to be a great character as a POV in Sersei’s clutches.  Literally.  His romantic gambit pulls you in and makes you really care about him.  At least I do.

The thing is, that this current chapter inspires so many questions in light of the last chapter.  If Sam’s actions have destroyed Stan’s relationship with her, can they pull together to help Oliver?  I have a feeling that he’s going to need both of them before his trials are over.  Is Stan going to make sufficient waves that there’s another attempt to interrogate Oliver?  Will wooing Sersei do him any good if that happens? 

Seeing Harmony again is interesting...seems she’s still having warring feelings.  Lots of these creatures have had them before seems likely.  And most of them are incapable of making the right choice.  Harmony’s shock at the truth might lean her toward guilt, but it leading to action seems like a narrow chance. 

This story gets more intriguing...more suspenseful ... more ... more ... awesome!  with every chapter.  You really know how to turn up the heat in every way Duggernaut.

Interesting... I didn't think that Sam would spill the beans about the sisters.  Stan has heard the truth about the Omegas from an Omega... That's a first... Will Sam arrive to explain in greater detail before Kent's little party?  Sam's response to the bands being removed from Kent was as if the significance of this act was profound.  What events has Stan set in motion?

So, the Resistance is sacrificing one or two battles to win the war? As a third party observer, I got to say: that approach looks like it's back-firing. Big time!

Perhaps a pyrrhic victory at best...

There is a reason why most colleges are mostly filled with women now. The men get outsmarted by the women and are forced to serve them.

These bands are basically these girls branding these young men. These "bands" are "brands" stuck on these guys and they have no idea. They mix their attention from girls as something positive. Makes you wonder why no one has questioned why girls just randomly attached themselves to these boys.

Now that Stan knows a little more about these pink wristbands, it makes the ones he bought at that store almost worthless. Especially if there is actual technology within the real wristbands.

Imagine a microphone, tracker, and sensor built into each wristband so these girls of Omega Pi can hunt down each guy much more easily.

Once you get marked with a wristband, you can't them off, silly men. You just became branded by these lovely ladies, and became "Property of Omega Pi".

This is what Stan just thought and his mind wanders about how deep these sorority has changed this university. The risk has escalated and Stan just got a taste of the true power of Omega Pi.

I can't wait for the next chapter!
