As a huge Pokemon fan, I enjoyed this short story although I actually felt bad for Keith. He was a nice trainer. Let me guess, it was that Totem Mimikyu that shrunk him? Even in stories, Mimikyu has to make me miserable as if it wasn't a pain to fight the one my friend uses -_-
I enjoyed the descriptions you made of the Pokemon so people who don't what they look like can get an idea of their appearance. I also enjoyed the short little battles especially the one with the fated rivals Alakazam and my favorite, Gengar.
By the way, was there any reason why Keith didn't have any Alola Pokemon? Just curious. Either way, love the story. You did a stupendous job on this!

First of all thanks for the review.
Secondly, I based Keith's team on a Pokemon that was high in a certain stat area. (Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, Speed, and HP.) and I could not find any Aloan form Pokemon on the list that I was looking at, so I apologize for that.
Finally, I am not sure that I was the Totem Mimikyu, as it was the Pikachu that leading you to each area where a Ghost-Type Pokemon was hiding. I believe it was Banette that disguised itself and masqueraded as Acerola and wanted the trainer to leave and give up on their trial.
