Excellent start! I like the dynamic from your main characters already, and I think this has great potential to be fuzzy and cute. Your writing is really high quality for your first story, as well. I love these kinds of gentle stories, so I'm looking forward to what comes next! I hope you'll keep it up, and no worries about a slow burner.
