The new character is cool. He's very similar to Icarus. That probably why he spared his life.
Sure, why not for adding detail to 31x. The more material the better this story gets:)

Author's Response: It's a world where slavery is still a thing, only for humans, and the scars of the war two hundred years ago are still present. Beastmen did a lot of terrible things during the war. They are mostly savaged beasts that humans still fear. Try thinking of what would happen if a gobblin just popped up in the middle of a dwarven city. There is nothing the goblin could do to stay alive. The beastmen are only considered as monsters.

So this world still executes people for things they do not understand? Tragic. Nyarl deserves better.
