Nice assortment of clothes. I would go for the Avengers underwear also. Toddler clothes will look great on him if Angela returns to check on him. Now she has 2 kids. A big one and a little one. I assume he is still taking his medicine. How will he get out to see the world when he can barely reach the doorknob?

Is Angela really seeing him as a child? Or is she just anticipating that, soon, he'll be too small to wear even Fruit of the Loom?
