After finishing ch12 I am rereading all the chapter. I must say I am in awe with all the little detail. Mimi mentioned 'wish' multiple time, so the idea of a wish potion didn’t come from nowhere. You had it planned from day 1.
I respect such effort from any writer. It is good storytelling and World building.
I also love the banter Between Roy and Mimi. They are very cute. Their friendship feel very realistic.
First time when I read the story I just wanted to hurry toward the pervy stuff. So skipped a lot of part. And I was very wrong. I missed out everything.

This is my first story, so I don't have a lot of hidden stuff yet.
Also skipping to the pervy stuff is fine, that is part of the reason we are all here afterall! XD

I'm gonna write this review before I finish reading the rest.
I gotta say, this is a really promising read coming from a new author on the site, the put it bluntly your characters...well, have character. Even the Mom, who only appears ever so briefly, is actually a fun and well written character. The key strength here in my opinion is the dialogue, you've got good banter that seems proportional to a lifelong friendship. Aside from that the standard prose is very descriptive too, lots of vivid description like "she said in a challenging low whisper".
I think I have a bit of a soft spot for this one because I myself grew up with mostly platonic girl friends, especially at this age, so I love these types of stories. I can't wait to see where this goes, keep it up!

Thanks for the review Bluegoose! I love the banter between characters that are best friends. Having two people be the best of friends in any situation has always been my favorite in television shows and anime.

I guess leaving some details vague lets the reader be able to have their imagination run wild and enables them to picture whatever they want the characters to be, like the age for example.

I like the story so far, but I'm confused of what their ages are. It seems they graduated high school since you mentioned Mimi's dad at their graduation or are they in high school and the graduation thing was for middle school.
