Always did like seeing your name pop up in the recent updates. Lengthy and interesting just like Homunculus. Not the happiest ending but well justified. I was hoping Chad would make it but I guess a party of three is one to many. :O

Author's Response: Glad you liked it! I left the fate of Dave, Julie, and Carolyn a bit ambiguous because I've got another story in mind that will feature them, as well as a number of characters from HOMUNCULUS. It's tentatively titled WONDERLAND, but that may change by the time I get around to posting it.

One nitpick, though: a true acronym is a word _formed_ by initials (example: U.N.E.S.C.O.) Anything else is just a plain initialism. And any phonetic pronounciation of same is neologistic slang (example: "lurp;" derived from L.R.R.P---Long Range Reconnaisance Patrol).
