Interesting chapter. Hope Nick finds someone else to love instead of Cassie, she is far too abusive(and I hope karma comes back to bite her in the butt), that even when he is tiny will care about him. Is it bad that I hope something does happen to Nick and he is still shrunk in the morning, only for an unaware maid to vacuum him up like Nick was worried about? Especially, if that is just the first part of a trip that will end with him finding true love(and Cassie's conditional love does not count)

It’s certainly not necessarily “bad” that you want something to happen to Nick. That’s the whole point of the story. The next chapter, however, will be a rollercoaster of emotions for everyone, so I think you’ll enjoy it.

Nick is at least free, for now (and hopefully forever) that precious baby needs someone to love him completely, big or small.
(I would totally date him XD AND take the proper precautions and necessary steps, and you know....LISTEN TO HIS CONCERNS AND FEARS. Plus would love to feel him climbing all over my boobs, or at my feet, etc. )

There's too much anger and frustration in me to do so.
Cassie doesn't deserve him, and yes you've said they both need to realize the toxicity here.
I still think Cassie needs to have a moment of realization where she discovers Nick was telling the truth and how much of an insensitive cunt she's been
Her feelings mean jack shit to me after how's she's treated her husband
Nick needs to stop pining over her, he shouldn't have to win her back. He shouldn't !

Yes, yes, we all know how much you loathe Cassie. The important thing to note in this chapter is that Nick is out of the apartment and away from her. He’s now free to be able to regain control of his powers, but before he can actually do that, he needs to let go. Remember, though, in the end, all the bad ones eventually get their comeuppance.
