Interesting implications for her character here. I wonder if it's a "I want the family I never had" situation. I'm assuming her brother snitched in the first place so she's gonna get him back.

There will be some more clarification in the next few chapters that will give a bit more context, but the full background probably won’t be revealed for some time.
