I think that Alesha will stick Steve on her boobs, until everyone gives up looking for him.  I can also imagine Steve being used as a replacement for one of the heart-shaped pasties on Alesha's swimsuit.

They could not find Steve because Alesha hid him in her heart-shaped pasties. She was some weapons with her boobs against him.
