Author's Chapter Notes:

The Story now split's into two. This chapter follow's Lucy, Sophie and Katie as they hunt for there arch rival Hayley waters.

Within the hour Sophie, Katie and Lucy arrived at the local mall.
"She's gotta be here" Sophie whispered "It's Saturday"
It didn't take long for them to spot Hayley Waters. Up on the highest level of the mall
she and her friends were sitting around a table at the food court.
Waiting, just out of sight, the girls discussed there options.
"I vote we wait for her to go to the bathroom, follow her in" giggle Lucy "and make her
the same size as I made your sister!"
"How about we shrink all of them to doll size?" Questioned Katie.
Sophie looked across there table and watched a mother trying to sit her struggling baby
into a high chair. "Or.." she smirked, an idea flashing into her head "We make her baby
size...?"
"Yeah but how we gunna sneak her out of her if she's that big?" Asked Katie.
"No you don't get it" Sophie smiled and leaned in closer. "We make her baby size
without her seeing us..." She paused for a moment "and then we just leave her here!"
"Leave her here?" the two girls asked in unison.
"Yeah, imagine it. She won't know what happened to her. She'll spend the rest of the
summer as a midget! Not to mention how hilarious next term's gunna be!"
Lucy and Katie smiled evilly in agreement.
They watch in eager anticipation for there moment to strike. Sure enough Hayley was
waving her friends off. They followed her discreetly as she stopped in a secluded
corner and started to text on her cell phone.
"Now!" Lucy and Katie hustled Sophie toward the unaware Hayley.
Checking to see the coast was clear she pulled out the devise. With as much precision
as she could, she fired at Hayley. This time, due to the distance, a laser shot out and
covered there victim in a bright white light.
The girls hurried back, behind a large plant and watched as the now foot high girl
gasped. In what seemed like forever Hayley let out a shrill scream. Her eyes darting
wildly at her surroundings as the realisation of her predicament hit her.
Her screams quickly got the attention of close by shoppers. As an old lady bent down to
check on the helpless girl Hayley fell back in fear, Daunted by the shear size of the woman.
"is everything OK little girl?" the lady asked softly "Have you lost your mommy?"
"I'm... I'm not a little girl..." Hayley stuttered.
"Ohh no, of course not" cooed the woman with a gentle smile "Why your a very big girl
aren't you?"
The small crowed that had appeared smiled at the nice remark.
"No! Wh... What's going on!" Hayley screamed "Why are you so big?!"
"Big?" smiled the old lady "I'm just a little old lady sweetheart" Reaching out her
hand she gestured for Hayley's.
Hayley, puzzled by everything, found herself complying. Her tiny hand wrapped in the
huge wrinkled hand, the old lady stood up. Hayley gasped as her arm jutted upwards.
Nearly on tip toes she seemed to hang from the Woman.
"Common dear, Let's see if we can find your mommy shall we?"
Katie, Sophie and Lucy could barley contain there excitement. They followed the pair too the information desk where Hayley was lifted onto a chair, her feet dangling over the side. When asked her name the puzzled Hayley simply Complied.
Finally the three girls fell about in fit's of laughter as "WOULD THE MOTHER OF A
HAYLEY WATERS PLEASE COME TO THE INFORMATION DESK THANK YOU" bellowed from the
speakers all around the mall.
The old lady sat with her and waited. The fact that she had shrunk seemed to sink in as
she peered up to the Lady.
"You don't understand" she moaned "I'm not a missing toddler, I'm 16 years old!"
"What d'you mean deary?" questioned the Lady.
"I mean... look at me, look how I'm dressed! I'm a teenager!"
The Woman seemed to gasp as she looked the tiny person up and down. "Oh no! Are you a
midget?"
Hayley sat open mouthed "Midget!" she spat.
"Oh sorry my dear. Is that not the right word? Dwarf Is it?"
Hayley thought for a moment and realised that she needed to get home. Biting her
tongue she nodded her head "um.. yeah.. um Dwarf, that's right"
"I'm so sorry!" apologized the old lady "How embarrassing!"
"Yeah, can I go now then please?"
"Oh of course, of course!" she spluttered out her apologies and left.
Jumping down from the chair she decided to run home as quickly as she could.
Turning the first corner she walked into the path of Sophie who quickly pushed her to
the floor.
"Watchit sorty" She snapped.
Jumping up she said sorry and tried to walk passed her, hanging her head low as not to
be recognised. This time Lucy stood in her path.
"Excuse me" she whimpered.
"Wait a minute" Lucy chirped, shooting a sly grin at her friends. "Do I know you little
one?"
"N.. No I don't think so, sorry..."
"Yeah I think I've seen her somewhere before too" Smiled Katie as she dropped to her knee.
She reached in and pulled Hayley's hand from her face.
"O,M,G girls!" she sang "Look who it is!"
Lucy and Sophie dropped to their knees with exaggerated gasps.
"Is that Hayley Water's?" Sophie asked "What happened to you?"
"I don't know!" she cried "one minute I'm on my phone the next... this!" she pointed
out her tiny body.
"Your like a little baby!" Sophie smiled. "What are you going to do?"
"Yeah!" smiled Katie "little miss perfect Hayley Waters reduced to the size of a
baby!"
The girls laughed as the red faced Hayley darted around them and ran away.
"Have a good summer pipsqueak!" Lucy shouted as she disappeared out of view.
