Chapter 19

Icarus awoke to a gentle beating sound that seemed to vibrate all around him. Opening his eyes, Icarus found that he couldn’t see anything. Where ever he was, it was both dark and pleasantly warm. Icarus had to fight off sleep as he felt himself gently rocking back and forth. After some time, Icarus found out that he could barely move either his arms or legs. Icarus felt a soft wall that seemed to have enveloped his entire body. A familiar and pleasant aroma surrounded him as he continued to try and find out where he was. The only unpleasant feelings that Icarus had was both an extreme hunger and an even greater thirst.

[Terra] said Icarus weakly, [where are you?]

Icarus felt his entire world come to a stop as a loud muffled voice called out his name.

“Icarus, you’re awake!” came Terra’s muffled reply.

A bright light came from above Icarus that blinded him as a cool air rushed around him. Icarus received another sensation of vertigo as he felt a light pressure grip his sides that freed him from his prison. Shielding his eyes from the burning light, Icarus felt a cold as cool air rushed past him. Icarus soon found the pressure on his sides release as he fell unto a soft warm bedding.

“Are you ok?” came a loud reply from Terra.

[Not so loud,] replied Icarus, [where are you anyway?]

“Holding you of course, let me see if I can help you with the light.” replied Terra in a much more quiet voice.

Icarus soon felt the area around him cool down as the light around him dimmed. Opening his eyes, it took Icarus a few seconds for his eyes to refocus. Icarus was beyond stunned at what he saw. Stretching out in front of him was Terra’s face which was the size of a small house. Looking down, Icarus found that the soft bedding that he was leaning against was Terra’s massive hand. Fear took over Icarus’ senses as he tried to back away from the giantess before him. Sensing Icarus’ growing fear, Terra gently secured Icarus in place with her thumb as she used her other hand to rub Icarus’ back.

“Icarus you have to calm down.” said Terra softly.

[Why are you so big?] asked a panicked Icarus as he looked around.

“After you defeated the Minotaur I found your body like this buried underneath your clothing.” replied Terra.

[Am I going to be stuck like this?] asked a now worried Icarus as he looked at his hands.

“I don’t think so,” said Terra, “because you were a lot smaller than this when I first found you. I was extremely lucky to have found your unconscious body.”

[What do you mean smaller than this?] thought Icarus.

“Let’s just say that you could lay down on my thumb when I first found you, but you’ve been doubling in size every two days. If it keeps up then you’ll be back to normal in less than a week.” said Terra as she smiled down to her tiny companion.

It was at this moment that Icarus realized that he was completely naked in Terra’s hand. Terra noticed Icarus’ weak attempts to cover himself, so she retrieved a piece of cloth from her pocket to cover Icarus up with.

[How long have I been out?] asked Icarus as he pulled the cloth closer.

“You’ve been asleep now for the past five days. I would have made you some clothing, but you’ve been too small for me to even try till today.” said Terra as she thought back.

Sitting in silence for a moment, Terra was brought out of her train of thought by a barely noticeable rumbling sound. Looking down, Terra found Icarus pulling the cloth tighter to himself as another rumble came from his stomach.

“I’m sorry Icarus, I should have known that you would be famished.” replied Terra as she sat her pack next to a tree.

Looking through her pack, Terra pulled out one of her extra shirts to lay on the ground. Gently laying Icarus on top of the fabric, Terra rummaged through her sack for a couple more items. Icarus was preoccupied with looking at the now mountain sized Terra and his giant surrounding to pay attention to anything else. Icarus was brought back to reality as Terra placed a spoon in front of him. Icarus was about to ask what the spoon was for until Terra used her waterskin to fill the spoon up. Terra then placed a pinch of bread, a fresh berry, and a dried piece of meat in front of Icarus. There was enough food in front of Icarus to feed him for an entire week, but this amounted to nothing for his giant companion. Inching forward, Icarus all but dived into the spoon full of water. Icarus had never been this thirsty as he greedily gulped down mouthfuls of water from the spoon.

“Slow down before you choke yourself.” giggled Terra from above.

After quenching the largest part of his thirst, Icarus grabbed a handful of bread from the huge piece that was in front of him. Terra enjoyed watching her friend devouring the food in front of him. Terra waited for Icarus to finish before she cleaned up the leftovers. Even though Icarus was famished, he didn’t even make a dent in the food that Terra had placed in front of him.

“Satisfied?” asked Terra as she gently lifted up Icarus.

[Yes] yawned Icarus as a wave of fatigue washed over him. [Where are we going anyway?]

“We’ll be heading towards my childhood home in the mountains to see if my family knows anything about a sacred treasure location.” said Terra as she ruffled Icarus’ hair with the tip of her finger.

“But don’t worry about that, just focus on regaining your strength for now. Leave the rest up to me.”

Pulling the cloth away from Icarus, Terra pulled the top of her shirt forward revealing a valley of cleavage. Pushing her breasts apart slightly, Terra deposited Icarus in between her massive breast. Icarus would have put up a fight, but the warm and softness, combined with his overwhelming amount of fatigue left Icarus without the will to fight back. Icarus was soon drifting off to sleep as the gentle rocking motion started again.

Packing the rest of her things, Terra continued on her way towards her old home. If she was lucky, Icarus would be back to normal by the time that they would arrive. Placing one hand upon her left breast, Terra enjoyed the feeling of her tiny sleeping companion against her breasts. Until Icarus returned to normal, Terra would make sure to take care of everything that Icarus could possibly need.

“Sleep tight Icarus.” Whispered Terra as she continued on her journey.
