Gotta say, confused myself though
I misread the summary and thought Nora was going to be the one growing. When another giantess showed up I was absolutely befuddled and had to go back and reread the summary.
I'm digging the apocalyptic way you described everything taking place. The details were great in this and allowed you to really get a sense of the damage being wrought, even from such a distance. What's more it perfectly sets up the stakes for the danger Abigail poses if she ever does grow again.

You had a pretty intriguing first chapter and with some good setup and promise for even more. This chapter delivers. While light on action getting the other half of the coin in Alice, her life story, how she feels about the South City Disaster, was all a welcome take. I feel like I know enough about both Alice and Nora to understand what each has going into their confrontation that is teased brilliantly at the end of this chapter.
Do find it odd that Nora is the ONLY person to recognize her but then again, humans are historically finicky when it comes to remembering faces so it's not that big of a deal. Overall, still invested and looking forward to see what comes from this one. :D

Story immediately caught my interest with this premise. I LOVE to see Swiftverse tales (Gulliver's Travels) and this one has all the makings of an excellent one.
Your use of descriptive language to paint the scene of what was happening was on point. I love you using the POV of the tiny people to get a sense, not just of scale but the devastation being wrought, and I hope to see that continue as the story progresses.And the worldbuilding introduction to set things up had just enough detail to let you know what was going on.
Also, double plus on having an auburn giantess instead of a blond one! XD

All I can say for this chapter is: fantastic. Just beautiful in every regard. You nailed all the imagery to illustrate scale, the descriptions were wonderful, the point of view was captivating, you did a absolutely amazing job!
I loved Ava Chapman. Absolutely great giantess, loved her interactions, her scale, the miscommunication aspect of everything (the poor Lillies! DX ) and extra bonus points for her being a redhead and having white toenails! Superb! ;P I love me some a good redhead!
And the perspectives? EXCELLENT way to humanize the poor unfortunate tiny people in Ava's way. Not only did you have perspectives from the Lilliputians but to have multiple perspectives all of different state of mind and reaction was wonderful!
I'm sad to see this story seems to be at it's end. Really would have liked to see more from ol' Ava.
Only negative for me so far is the little trip abroad. It kind of killed the momentum for me and felt more like a distraction. That being said even then you didn't slack on your descriptive language to paint the events as they happened so still, kudos there!
Overall, great stuff, can't wait to see more from this story and absolutely will be looking out for what you make in the future! ;D
