Welcome to the stories of Shrinker82. Date: June 22 2022 Title: Chapter 6: Dan’s Tiny Dilemma (In development)

Hi Shrinker82.

I’ve been a lurker for a longer time then I’ve been a writer, but I have to say that I’m a fan of your work. I hope the best for you during these trying times as life can feel like a bunch of hills, valleys, and detours. As for which story I prefer, I’m feeling an affinity for Dan’s Tiny Dilemma. Both stories seem to offer verbal humiliation and power dynamics, but with different age dynamics and social positions.

This first story the obviously dominant one in this relationship is your Mother-in-law, with your wife possibly being on the gentler side. However, we don’t really know that with the information given from this small preview. What was hinted at by this preview was a chance for unaware scenario with stakes by the main character asserting that he has to find a way out even if he ends up small enough to be squashed underneath his mother-in-law’s sole.

The second story’s preview places the sadistic role in your sister and cousin closer to the main character’s age group with the parents seemingly on the gentler side. Promise of unaware scenes, verbal humiliation, and power abuse are present in this one just like the former choice.

Thus, my preference is one that is born out of a difference of tastes. I prefer the first story over the second. The mother-in-law, possibly doting towards her daughter and having formed a concrete view of the world, is less likely to turn over a new leaf as the girls in the second story would. A femdom size change story with an intellectual antagonist is much more in my lane of interests.

You’ve pretty much hit the nail on the head: Both stories will involve a slow shrinking scenario with a dominant, female character(s), but each one offers its own specific dynamic.

Each one will start out somewhat similarly, but the former will down a path of offering more sexually explicit content than the latter, which will be more playful and less explicit. However, in the end, I want both stories to involve something from my favorite shrinking tropes

Nonetheless, I’ll tack on another vote for Dan’s Tiny Dilemma.

I thought it'd be fun to share parts as a live group read. We did one read-through on my Patreon (they made it 8 chapters before dying), and a first read-through here (5 chapters before a handcrush!) – so now I'm starting a second read-through.

What I'll do is put up a chapter and you can vote for the choice at the end by commenting. I'll tally the votes next time I get around to adding a chapter, and we'll get a complete story arc. (If I don't get any votes, eventually I'll just choose one!)

But a bit of background:

You’ve been shrunk in the office by you’re ambitious manager, and it’s up to you to escape her evil clutches. In the complete story, you have to make the right choices to navigate a whooping 215 chapter entries (which average about 400-800 words a piece), clocking in at 105,000 words total. Mostly you have two options after each entry, but naturally this branches and branches into all sorts of possibilities – in some places you’ll have minor variations on similar themes, but in other cases your journey can go in wildly different directions. The common threat, though, is your giant coworkers, either willingly or obliviously capable of killing you in an instant. There’s 90 different ways to end the story badly (mostly by dying!) and only 1 correct solution.

This is a literary maze of epic proportions, where it’s possible to see every major character treated as a giant or shrunken, with tons of grabbing, a bit of crushing, and a great many ways to get eaten. We’ve got arcs such as cat-and-mouse chases with your manager; perilous creeping through the bustling open office; encounters with a dangerously beautiful coworker, a mad scientist, the rough-handed cleaner and more; and even possibilities to get out of the office into the terrible clutches of your boss’s family. All this comes in the pursuit in enlisting your one true friend’s help in restoring your size.

It’s all written in an ungendered second person, so can be read as you playing yourself, or your choice of imagining a male or female protagonist. And while this office is principally populated by seemingly giant women, there’s also a couple of men in there if you want something a little different (or if you don’t, to add some extra threat!).

It might not seem like much, but we were able to elevate our position from the floor into being level with projects at our boss’s hands. Although, it seems like it’s not the most comfortable place to be in. I guess the grass is always greener on the other side.

Furthermore, we might have misinterpreted our newfound dynamic with our boss considering how she responded to our increased courage. Perhaps it would be best to acclimate ourselves to our new place in the office culture, before making any big moves.

Thus, I will be going with option [A] once more.

Summary:

Chapter 3 adds the start of the true torment I know you were all waiting for, it'll only heat up from here. Check each chapter's description for fetishes included if you care.

With your parents away for the weekend, you - a 16 year old high school boy - are finally finishing assembly of a shrinking machine you bought to fulfill your girlfriend’s fantasies - and finally lose your virginity. The only hitch is you have to babysit your tomboy little sister - 11 year old Becky - but luckily she’s fine with leaving you alone to work on your boring project. Unluckily, both you and your parents have forgotten her birthday is tomorrow, and when she comes back into your office after you run your first shrinking test, she doesn’t realize that you’re shrunk and pauses your regrowth - and worse, begins changing the settings that affect you, muting your voice and worse. When she finally does notice you, thanks to the only context she has for shrinking devices being from a Tiktok video where it’s used on a dog, she assumes that you’re her surprise present for her birthday… Her new pet.

And, being a tomboy, she’s more than happy to finally get to play games with you again.

You’re not going to like those games.

The story focuses on humiliation at the hands of your younger sister, who is just playing fun games and pranks with her new pet. With your ability to protest taken away, it won’t take long for those to spiral to a bad place.

This story is aiming to be like 'Property of Lily' if the giantess was your younger sister with no interest or knowledge of sex, only 'playing' with you for her amusement, half unaware of how much you're actually suffering, half not caring. Becoming her pet was all your idea after all! Focuses mostly on odor content, first feet and foot worship with a heaping of humiliation, eventually there will be ass and fart stuff, and transformation-adjacent stuff too. Tags will be added as they become relevant.

I’ve got to say that reading your story was a great way to start this week for me. I even got off my butt and started writing the next chapter of the current ongoing story in my gallery, Nameless . I’ve even written 2,000 words already because of how inspiring these initial chapters were.

I’m definitely a fan of how you depicted these unaware scenes, but I’m also looking forward to how you’ll handle the aware scenes in light of the sister’s misunderstanding.

I’m definitely looking forward to being a frequent reviewer of this series.

Wow, thanks a lot! It's rare to have setup chapters called inspiring, it means a lot to me <3 glad it could inspire you too! For the record, I think you're a really talented writer, I kinda wish I was more into the violent sort of stuff so I could get really into your stories - I really mean that in a positive way, well done gore is rare and good, just usually not my cup of tea. I think your Caenis story is my favorite that I've read, even though it's usually not the sort of thing I'd like, so I think that says a lot about your writing style.
Definitely curious to hear what you think of the new aware chapter then, feel free to let me know what you liked and didn't! I think this is a relatively rare kinda setup, since stories are usually either unaware, gentle, or purposefully trying to make the tiny suffer, and I wanted to play with a character who just wants to play around and cause suffering casually, almost unintentionally - though as things go on I intend for her to get more used to tormenting the character, so I'm really curious to see how it develops. That chapter won't be the only one with unaware though I think, so feel free to let me know which approach you prefer as I go :D
I look forward to hearing more of your thoughts, that stuff is super motivating ;)

Date: May 02 2024 Title: Chapter 3: Freed From Laces, Not From Feet

Yo!

In reference back to your previous reply, the first two chapters may have been set-up, but you effectively interspersed some details that would captivate this site’s audience. Such as the brother imagining what it would be like being shrunken and in the direct line of path of his sister’s soccer ball while she was playing with her friends, and when you were describing Becky’s scale of existence relative to the shrunken brother. Those lines of text built up anticipation and maintained a sense of tension.

Now, of course, you’re expecting me to review this most recent chapter and I don’t want to disappoint. I think that you did an excellent job in fine-tuning Becky’s character and utilizing it to facilitate the transition from an older brother-younger sister dynamic to a Big Sister-little brother dynamic. I definitely see the appeal that you mentioned in your reply of the unique interactions that you want for your story (a playful giantess that incidentally terrorizes her brother) and I think you’ve accomplished the commencement of that quite well. Especially with the stakes established within the first coming week, but I have to wonder how exactly the Big sister will get to the soccer game. It’s not as if her pet little brother will be able to give her a ride. As he’ll most likely be riding in the stuffy space shared with her moistening and wrinkled plane of a sole and her rapping and bulbous pillars of a set of toes. Regardless, that’s a concern for the future that you made pressing for the little brother at this moment. Love it!

I also love how you depicted the conflict this scene. With Becky’s pet being stuck in her shoe laces. How helpless he was, again, reinforced just how small his existence had become…and is telling of just how pliable his fate is within the relatively expansive palms of his energetically excited owner.

Finally, the embarrassing picture. Its capture encapsulated the giantess’s excited, casual, and teasing approach to this entire incident. It tells us readers that Becky is going to have fun in this story and I’m all for it. While the brother’s reaction just reinforces how mortifying this experience is going to be for him.

I guess that is my hot take for this 3rd chapter.

As for unaware and aware chapters. My preference depends on how inclined the giantess is to be gentle. As you are accurate in the assessment of my own writing, I am a fan of stuff on the more violent side. So the gentler the giantess is, the more likely I’ll prefer the unaware chapters. Unless there is a misunderstanding that leads to some trouble for the shrunken individual, which is the premise for your entire story. So I think that I’ll equally enjoy both aware and unaware chapters. As I’m also an avid fan of this specific middle ground of giantesses that are so hard to find on this site.
