It's a tale that's been told before but I wanted to put my own spin on it! This is one of those stories I've been knocking around for awhile ago and I'm happy I finally finished it. 

I wanted to try a slightly different writing style here, almost more like a fairy-tale or even a storybook style.

Summary:

The shrinking plague is ravaging vulnerable segments of the population, those who shrink are treated as something closer to pets, hunted down and even sold. When Max found out he was going to shrink he put all of his ingenuity to work and managed to eke out an independent life in hiding. That is until Sharon, a professional Tiny hunter, comes poking around his hideout, easily capturing him. Surprising Max she seems genuinely nice and, in spite of his protests, is insisting on finding him the "perfect" home. The two of them then begin to interview candidates...

Black Lotus?! Seriously?! That alone could cover the cost, and then some. Great story overall.

Honestly I don't know a ton about Magic, I've just heard tales of how expensive that one is. Still, I figured collectibles and cards would be the only "wealth" Amy was likely to hold. Glad you enjoyed it!
